Fourteenth letter! ㅗ is for Over the line because the small line is over the horizontal line. It's the VERY EXAGGERATED SOUND in pOlar bear. You'll hear something similar to this at the end of most sentences in real life (or dramas and even songs like Let's Not Fall In Love by BigBang) because the polite ending for sentences is yo (요). It's in the word oppa (오빠, Older Brother or trusted older guy ONLY TO A GIRL. Guys don't say 오빠. They say hyung (형). If you happen to know some Japanese, 오빠 is like the Korean onnichan.)
