Laurence's POV
•Knock Knock•
"What?" She asked sternly opening the door.
"Can we-" I started.
"No!"
"Hm?"
"Go away!"
"But-"
"Go!"
"Why?"
"Your annoying!"
"But we were just-"
"Talking. I told you, we're still enemies."
"But-"
"Goodbye!" She said as she slammed the door in my face.
"Who was that?" I heard a voice inside ask. I then decide to eavesdrop.
Aphmau's POV
"Ugh, don't even get me started. He's so ANNOYING! He thinks we're and item? I think. I talked to him earlier-as a friend- and I guess he got ideas. I know weird right." I agree looking at the expression in her face.
"That's very strange, if I were you I'd-"
"Wait!" I whisper-yell.
•BANG!•
I bang on the door and I heard something fall of the steps and into the bushes. I open the front door and look on the bushes.
"I knew it!" I say aloud.
"Huh?!?" He responded.
"Remember that one day you were in my house and I called you a stalker?"
He nods.
"Your proving my point!" I exclaim.
"But-" He starts. He stood up.
"Why are you stalking me?"
"What?"
"Why!?"
"I'm not-"
"Oh, but you are!"
"Aph-"
"Just go away!"
"But-"
"Irene, why are you so relentless!?"
"Aphmau. . ." He said full of sadness.
"Laurence, just go away!" I said with a pleading look.
"But I love-"
"Love? Love what?"
". . . Loved"
"Loved what?" I asked. Ivy left.
". . . You"
"What?"
"I loved you, Aphmau."
"Loved?"
"Yeah, I just don't know anymore."
"Just go away, Laurence."
"Fine."
"Good."
"See you around."
"We won't."
"Why?"
"Because I never wanna see you again."
"That hurt."
"You 'loved' as in the past."
"Still."
"Not still. You should be over it."
"It'll take a while."
"Why?"
"Can't tell you."
"Why?"
"Because I never wanna see you again."
"Then leave."
"Already ahead of you."
"If I see you near my house-"
"You won't."
"If I do-"
"I NEVER wanna see you again, so why would I come back?"
"You never wanna see me again, so why are you still standing right in front of me?"
"I was just about to ask the same question."
"Goodbye."
"Goodbye."
As I'm shutting the door he says something else.
"Oh, here!" He said ripping off a necklace and throwing it on the ground.
"I would throw the one on your neck down too, just because you never wanna see me again." He suggests.
I feel my neck and and I feel a piece of jewelry; I rip it off my neck and I stare at it.
"How did this?-"
"You wouldn't care."
I look at him; he has tears in his eyes.
"I know your a very curious person, and I know your curious about how I USED to feel; listen to the song 'Not Alone' by Red, it explains everything."

Wow. Just wow. Laurence has truly given up. Given up on hope, love, and happiness.
