Chapter 3- I BLAME YOU, APHMAU

Shadow Knight Laurence's POV

Funny, isn't it? How you could fall for someone so easily. How you could love someone your entire life. How you could care for someone so much that you wanted to protect them from everything for so long. Never thought that would be my life. Circles, is what I'd run to find you. Circles is what I DO run to find you.

Loves you...

Then looses you...

Gets seriously angry...

Makes a plan...

Saves you...

Loves you...

RePeAT...

NO! YOU LOVE HER! YOU NEED HER! Without her, you nothing.

The human in me, is telling me to go away. That I can't play anymore!  There is now a big burning sensation and the boring Laurence is back.

Laurence's POV

Great, I'm still chained. Glad I got that out. He did speak some sense. BUT NOT THE PART THAT I COULDN'T DEAL WITH IT! I WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR HER! I LOVE HER! I WOULD BE NOTHING WITHOUT HER! SHES MADE ME WHO I AM TODAY! I kick the wall and the key comes down.

"Good thing Shadow Knight Me didn't find this key." I said feeling relieved.

"LAURENCE!" Someone yelled as the door busted open.

"WE SAW CHAINS ON THE DOOR AND WE HEARD YOU SCREAMING!" Another voice said.

"Everyone calm down, he's not dead." Garroth said all cool like. I'm so sick of him today, why was his father home. UGH! HE KNOWS I CAN'T STAND HIM! AFTER WHAT HE DID TO APHMAU! You can take me away and cause me pain, but once you send Aph, my love, to an orphanage, than we're gonna have some problems.

I ignored them and I started unlocking the chains.

"Did it happen?" Dante asked. I ignore him and unlock the chains around my waist.

"You good?" Katelyn asked.

I ignored and unlocked the chains around my legs.

"Laurence?"

I ignored them again and unlock the chains around my feet.

I unlock all the chains and looked up and Garroth asked like he never did anything wrong, "You good, buddy?" 

I walk up to him. "Don't buddy me, you know what you did."

"What did I do?" He asked all confused.

"Oh don't give me that, you know damn well what you did." I said getting in face.

"I didn't do anything." He said pushing me back to get me out of his face. Everyone was just standing there, watching this happen, puzzled.

"How 'bout the fact that your dad's home."

"So that's not my fault, his schedule sometimes changes."

"No that's only part one, part two is you slammed the door in my face after that."

"I-"

"And how 'bout this, where were you when I found out the situation with Aphmau?"

"Oh boo hoo." He said getting mad.

"What?" I said. Everyone else was confused by this too.

"It's all about Aphmau with you, isn't it? Oh, Aphmau this and Aphmau that. Give me a break. You never hang out with any of us anymore." He said.

"That's a load of crap. We hang out all the time, as a group." I say standing up for all of us.

"Never one on one, but surprise, you and Aphmau have."

"We have a bro day nearly every week, what do you expect, we're gonna leave Dante, no he's our bro."

"Oh yeah, well you've barely left Aphmau's side since she's got back."

"BECAUSE ITS BEEN MOTHS SINCE ANY IF US HAVE SEEN HER!" I yell getting angry.

"YEAH, WELL LAURENCE, LET ME ASK YOU A SIMPLE QUESTION. HOW IFTEN DO YOU THINK ABOUT CADENZA?!"

"ALL THE DAMN TIME!"

"YOU GOTTA FUNNY WAY OF SHOWING IT!"

"HOW DARE YOU! HOW DARE YOU MENTION HER NAME IN A BAD SITUATION!"

"WELL ITS APHMAUS FAULT!"

"WHAT?!"

"YEAH AND IT'S YOUR FAULT TOO. IF YOU HADN'T BEEN IN APHMAU'S LIFE, CADENZA WOULDN'T HAVE MET APHMAU, AND APHMAU MIGHT HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN KILLED BY HRYIA AND HER FATHER AND NOT CADENZA!" He yelled.

At this point tears were streaming down everyone's face, including me. We were in so much shock, and we couldn't believe that this was happening. And that was it, I ticked. And I went crazy.

"HOW DARE YOU! WHY WOULD YOU SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT! YOUR GETTING MAD OVER NOTHING! YOUR MAKING RANDOM SITUATIONS IN YOUR HEAD! AND IF IT WASN'T FOR APHMAU, YOU WOULDN'T KNOW CADENZA OR ME! SO I BELIEVE YOU HAVE APHMAU TO THANK!" I said. I let it all out. I said so much more. I cussed at him, made home feel bad, and so much more. But then I was stopped. He hit me, everyone gasped, and I hit him back. We took this outside and we had a major fist fight, and it didn't end so well...
