Chapter Thirty

Dracos P.O.V.

I flick my wand and my tie wraps around my neck and ties itself. Tonight was the Yule Ball. It would be starting in about 5 minutes. (Y/N) and Gia had said they'd meet Blaise and I in there. I look in the bathroom mirror and fix my hair.
I wore a black suit with a crisp white top. I brush down my suit with an approving nod. I didn't look to bad. I leave my room and enter my common room. I could hear Gia and (Y/N) up in their room as I walk past the coridor that leads up to it. A smile spreads across when I hear (Y/N) laughing before I walk out into the Slytherin common room to see Blaise waiting by the fire.
"Not to shabby." I chuckle. Blaise wore an almost identicle suit to mine.
"Same with you." He replies as we walk out the door to head to the Great Hall which would be playing as the Ballroom.

By the time Blaise and I had gotten there the champions were waiting at the doors with their partners. Professor McGonagal was pacing unhappily. When she caught sight of us she hurried over. "Where is (Y/N)? The champions can't goin without her." She says and before I can answer a sweet voice dies behind me.
"I'm here." Blaise and I turn around and both our eyes pop and our jaws hit the ground.
Standing there was Gia and (Y/N) in the most beautuful dresses I'd ever seen. My heart drumming wildly in my chest as (Y/N) smiled. She wore a black strapless floor length dress which fit her perfectly. Up to about the middle of the skirt was a green flane made of rhinestones. The bodice had a silver snake wrapping around it with it's tail disappearing into the flame. She looked beautiful.
Gia wore a floor length dress with longs sleeves cut at an angle at the wrists. It had a fading monotone from a deep black down to a light grey and was decorated in small silver rhinestones making the dress look like the night sky with a silver cresent moon on her hip. A black choker was around her neck which was decorated in silver rhinestones. She also looked beautiful and I knew Blaise was trying very hard not to drool.
"Well then. You both look stunning. Now Miss Gia and Mr Blaise may you please go wait in the Great Hall." Professor McGonagal says with a smile.
The two leave and give us a retreating smile. "Follow me yoh two. You'll be entering last which is after Harry and his partner." The Professor says as she ushers us ove to the other Champions. My eyes widen in surprise when I saw who Viktor Kruns partner was. Hermione Granger. (Y/N) glances at me in surprise and I nod. Hermione wore a layered pink dress and her usually frizzy hair was in a bun on the top of her head. She looked completely different to the mudblood which I was use to seeing.
"You look beautiful by the way Hermione." (Y/N) complemented and Hermione blinked in surprise before smiling with flushed cheeks.
"Thank you. You look amazing as well. That dress looks stunning on you." Hermione replies.
"Malfoy." She adds with a stiff nod to me.
"Granger." I reply with a nod and a slight smile which seemed to surprise her.
"Alright everyone. We are entering." Professor McGonagal says. With a wave of her hands the doors of the Great Hall open and we begin to enter.
Everyone went in before (Y/N) and I. Her arm wrapped around mine with a serious expression on her face as we walked between the parted witches and wizards.
As soon as we reached the dance floor music started and we began to dance with the other champions and their partners. We swirled around the dancefloor while cleanly changing the positions of our arms. When I looked out the corner of my eye I saw Harry seemed to be having a little trouble. I snicker quietly and I flinch when (Y/N) pinches me. "You won't understand yet Draco. But someday Harry is going to save your life. So try be a little nicer. No insults to his face or to their friends. You can do it whenever you want behind their backs." She says quietly and wipes every emotion from her face.
Slowly more couples begin to dance. Blaise and Gia appeared and danced beside us. "And how are the two lovebirds?" (Y/N) asks cheekily and I snort in amusement.
"Lovebirds? Psh. I don't know what your talking about." Blaise says quickly. In his arms Gias face was so red she looked like she might explode and I laugh. Suddenly ny eyes were drawn to a girl standing in the shadows and my eyes narrow when I see Ivory.
She wore a Slytherin green, floor length dress with a single sleeve which faded down to a blood red. On her hip was a silver spiral and a split ran down the side of the skirt from her thigh. A smile played across her lips when she saw me watching her. (Y/N) noticed me watching someone and her eyes blaze when she sees Ivory.
Pansy walks over to Ivory and they say something to each other in a hushed tone before looking at us. She wore a pale pink short sleeved dress that fell just past her knees with matching pink shoes. On the skirt was a bright pattern of flowers and the bodice looked very tight which made her curves look bigger. Slight fear and worry flashed through her eyes when they locked with mine. "Draco. Let's go." (Y/N) hisses to me before dragging me off with Blaise and Gia following behind.
We walk out into the garden which was lit by small lanterns. "Do you remember what to do?" (Y/N) asks Gia.
"Yes I do. I've wanted to do this for sooo long." Gia replies with a wicked smile.
"Could you fill us in?" Blaise asks.
"It's tine for revenge and every time I get it. It tastes sweet." (Y/N) growls with a snakish smile and I gulp.
"Oh god." I mutter.
"Yes oh god. After this next task Ivory will no longer bother or hurt anyone we care about. It's time for sweet, bloody revenge." Gia says and both her eyes and (Y/N)s flash with blood lust. Blaise and I exchange looks if fear.
Things are going to get wild at Hogwarts very soon with what wouldn't surprise me as a little bit of bloodshed.
