As they were running out of the building with Jack leading and Michael holding up the end they got away when they hear a beep of a bomb. Everyone looked at their feet.
"Uh oh..." McKenna said looking down at her feet.
"No no no!" Ostin said turning around.
"I should've seen it. Don't move McKenna." Ian said
"What kind of bomb is it Ian?!" Ostin shouted
"I don't know it's like something I've never seen before."
"Describe it. Is it big or small?"
"Medium."
"What shape is it?"
"Rectangle."
"Is there a lot of wires?"
"No, just one."
"I have no idea what that is." Ostin said panicked
"Hey it's ok we will get her out of this." Michael said with a reassuring pat on the back.
"I know you can do this guys." McKenna said surprisingly calm.
"Why are you so calm?" Abi asked her voice quivering
"Because I know you guys can do this."
"Ian does the bomb have layers in it?" Michael asked
"Yeah, why?"
"Everyone back up, like really far." Michael said
They walked far away.
Michael walked behind McKenna about 15ft.
He ran as fast as he could and tackled McKenna out of the way. They fell and the bomb exploded. Michael covered McKenna in a protectively brotherly way as dirt fell on him.
The rest of the Electroclan ran to their sides.
"How did you know that would work?" Ostia asked
"I didn't. But it was the only chance we had left."
"Well, thanks Michael." McKenna said a little shaken.
"No problem. Hey Ian no more explosives, ok?" Michael said messing with him.
"Yeah yeah, no more explosives." Ian said chuckling.
