The Last Angel

Chapter 28

A powerful like explosion makes everyone flies afar including Hope's friends. Demons who are near her are directly killed. But Lucas remained in his place, amused.

Thick smoke covered the place.

" Is everyone alright?" Miranda ask

"I think so, but that is a hell strong force. If I'm near I don't know if I can make it" Theo said honestly

They stand from the ground and trying to see from the thick smoke.

After a few minutes, the smoke is gone and they saw dead demons around.

Hunter is looking at Hope's direction, she is just there no longer captured. He is about to run towards her when Victor stops him.

He looks at Victor and gives him a questioning look.

"What are you doing?" Victor sigh

"She's no longer Hope"

Hunter makes a short laugh "What are you talking about? she's there"

Victor shakes his head "Hunter you know exactly what I'm talking about" he said in a more serious tone.

Theo and Miranda can't move on what they are seeing...

"Hope" Miranda called her, she's like choking from the sound that comes from her mouth.

Hope turned around and look at her, she's grinning like a demon!. Miranda's hand automatically flew to her mouth.

There she is standing, looking powerful and dark. She changed, her wings are no longer white, it becomes black. Her innocent light aura becomes dark and evil.

They gasp at her, can't believe what they are seeing.

She looks flattered looking at the creatures gaping at her power.

Lucas looks satisfied.

Hope clasp her hand excitedly " Finally!!! I'm free, we should celebrate. This is amazing!"

"Are you all gonna gaped at me all day, no, no, no I mean all night. Ahahaha!"

"No response?!, you are all making me bored. What if we play a game, if I kill you all, then I Win!" She literally jumps from excitement.

She moves graciously and kills everyone that she sets her eyes, the miserable demon didn't stand a chance. Only a few left including, Lucas, Hunter, Miranda, Theo, and Victor.

They can't believe how Hope killed almost everyone effortlessly and ruthlessly. They suddenly felt afraid when she faces them...

"Hope, it's us. We came here to save you" Miranda said.

Hope frown and looks mad " Do I look like I need to be saved, I'm not weak. Not like you, want to see it? " she grinned while walking towards Miranda.

Miranda on the other hand freeze, Hunter block Miranda from Hope's sight.

" Oh, so the knight and shining armor protecting the princess. You're mere existence making me vomit. Please spare me and let me kill all of you. Haha"

"Hope, please come back to us. This is not you" Hunter said sadly

This is what he is afraid of, they are too late to stop it from happening.

Hope raised her eyebrow " and who are you? Please..... I don't need weaklings."

"Don't you remember us? Please remember me, it's me, Hunter!"

Hope looks at him, her expression change. He thought she remembers him, but she just smirks and laughs.

" Maybe the weak Hope knew you, but me the powerful one, didn't."

The dark Hope attack her friends, remembers nothing about them.  The only thing she has is the thirst for killing.

They prepare to protect themselves, but they can't hurt her.

She's only using her bare hands, but her friends find it difficult to stop her.

She attacks them until they can no longer stand.

She feels invincible, no one can beat her. She can feel it, every fiber of her body is releasing this powerful energy.

"Hope, please stop," Hunter said while crawling at the ground.

Hope tap her chin, seems thinking.
"Hmmm... Let me think about it....... Hmmm......My answer is no. I'm just starting to enjoy this game"

Hope kick him, because of the strong kick Hunter sends flying until he hit the tree, together they fell. The happiness shows on Hope's face.

" My queen "
Hope turned around and look at the man kneeling, calling her queen.

" What's your name?"
"I'm Lucas and I'm here to serve you"

That made Hope smile, she's pleased with this man kneeling in front of her. This man is similar to her, evil.

" Stand up Lucas, so what can you offer?"

"This place and the whole world, just be my queen. Let's rule this places together"

"I like the idea of being the queen, but being your queen. Hmmm... Let me think about it, you should prove yourself to me first"

Lucas smile, he has a plan making her his queen. She can use her power and be his mistress for eternity, the beauty that she holds make him kneel. He never kneels to anyone, from the very start that he saw her, he wants Hope to be his.

" Let's go to our palace and have a drink while planning our future "

Hope looks at his friends "Just leave them, let my men handle them."

Hope wants to kill them, but she thought that it's no fun anymore because they are all unconscious.

They fly together to the darkness.
