{Chapter 12}

Hold on.

"Are you insane?!" I yelled. "Thats impossible! Ailens-"

"Metalins..." Aidan says softly.

"That! Doesn't exist!"

"Please Ath... They wiped us out of the system."

"Aidan I'm sorry... But this is insane!"

"I know! But please believe me..."

Aidan is kinda freaking me out right now...

"Look Aidan I'm sorry!"

"Calm down! Uh is there anything I can do to help you be calm?"

"Yes, going home!"

"Are you insane Ath!? They'll kill you if they find you!"

"I rather be dead then be alive right now!"

Aidan pulls me into a hug, his anger makes him really warm.

"Dont ever say that!"

"Aidan..."

"Yeah?"

"You have fire p-powers?"

He looks at me and smiles.

"Yeah..."

There we were two completely different species holding each other tightly.

"Ath?!"

I take a deep breath.

"Hey Husk."

"OH MY GOD!" She pulls me into a very tight hug.

"Cant. Breath-"

"Where have you been?!"

"I. Would. Tell. But. Cant-"

"Oh yes." She says letting go of me.

"Thank you, Husk?"

"Yes?"

"C-Can you call Tyler?"

"So let me get this straight! Your a metalin and half human, And you have rare magic called "love" which can heal anything or anybody, AND HES AN ALIEN!?" Tyler yells standing.

"Metalin." Aidan corrects him.

"Whatever! You know what I mean!"

"Whatever." Aidan says emotionless like Levi from attack on titan.

"Ath... Oh my gosh-" Husk says sliding off the couch.

"Husk!" Tyler says holding her.

"I'm sorry but Ath this is serious! You could get killed! Even Aidan!" She points at him. "You need to get out of here!"

"But husk-"

"No! Wait a sec..."

Husk leaves the room looking like she's gonna break, she finally comes back holding a golden chained necklace with a red ruby heart.

"Take this."

"Husk..."

"If this is truly the last time I'm gonna talk to you." She starts crying. "At least I'll always be in your heart."

I pull Husk into a hug and she cries on my chest and Tyler comes and makes it a group hug. I look at Aidan who looks at me and is tearing up a bit.

"Go..." Husk says leaving my arms.

"Fight for us." Tyler says.

Tyler and Husk hold my shoulders, one on each side.

"If you die, we'll take everything from your room and can I take your phone too?" Tyler says.

"Hey!"

We start to laugh like our heads were gonna explode.

"I'm gonna miss that laugh..." Tyler says.

"Same." Husk says.

"I'm gonna miss my little sister slash cinderella."

I started to tear up now.

"Im gonna miss my prince charming and my brother, heh."

Aidan coughs.

"I think we should go." Aidan says.

As I leave the door I see Husk and Tyler tearing up and waving goodbye.

"Hold on for us." Husk says.

"You'll be always on our minds." Tyler says.

Hold on for them, They'll never forget me...

The door closes and as Aidan starts driving away, I close my eyes and cry silently.

"I know your crying Ath." He says softly.

"How did you know?" I ask.

"Because, I always know when your sad."

I open my eyes slightly looking at him with tears still running down.

"You have emotion powers?"

"Heh, its called reading."

"Oh." I laugh.

And I fell asleep holding my red ruby around my neck.
