Don't Judge a Book by...the Nerd!!! Letters to Letters 36

"I wish I could heal fast or something. I hate being so damn helpless."

I took off my brace first then, I shed my clothes off and grabbed a towel that was set on my bed. I wrapped it around myself and walked to the bathroom. I made it safely and frown noticing how high the tub is for me. I groaned and decide to take it one by one after, I turned the water on. I sighed embracing the warmth of the water. I made sure it wasn't to hot so I can't feel the pain in anyway. I grabbed a face cloth and started to clean up.

~10 minute shower~

I got out of the shower after, cleaning myself up. I looked at my hair to see how wavy it is. I decide to leave it like that. I sighed again and brushed my teeth, I barely noticed how my kit of justice was in the bathroom. I bet Kevin settled it up so its easier for me to get ready. I did my normal route and walked to my room and got dressed before I got dressed I yelled outside of my room

"Kevin, am I suppose to dress fancy or normal?"

He shouted 

"A dress or skirt or whatever the heck you girls wear...Just wear whatever your want...its a fancy place."

I raised an eye brow and shouted back

"Okay, Kev."

He don't shout back, I sighed and walked to my closet and see what I got. The only dress I got was an sundress that was white. It wasn't long but it wasn't short either. Then I decide to wear a short shorts and my knee brace that I forced to wear. I'm not in a dress mood, So I found a lace tank top that's sky blue and an Aero jacket that's white while getting my all-star converse shoes that black and white. I looked at myself in the mirror I pretty much look okay, it's a normal wear. I shrugged my head and pulled my hair into a pony tail. I smiled at my regular style, I walked out of my room slowly and I climbed the stairs slowly and Said to Kevin who was in the living room watching the t.v

"Alright, you ready to go?"

He got up while turning off the tv and he said with a small smile 

"Yeah, I'm ready to leave."

So, being the helpful brother he is,  he helped me to the car, I got in and I was cold. He said while turning on the heat after turning on the car

"Okay, you have to close your eyes or something because, you can't see where I'm taking you."

I looked at him with an eye brow raised and said 

"Are you serious?"

He nodded and I rolled my eyes and turned myself to take a nap. I said while looking in the back seat before I get really comfortable 

"Hey, do I have something like a coat in the back?"

He said while reaching in the back

"Yeah, lay back down jeez."

I snorted and laid my seat back to get the resting in and he covered me with a blanket thinking how in the hell did I have a blanket in my car. I snuggled close to the blanket and Kevin turned on the music on low but, it was loud during the silence car ride. The only song that I was listening to was I Will Always Love You by Whitney Houston

If I should stay,
