Start from the beginning

"Do you remember this park?"

I nodded my head and said softly

"Of course, I remember the park, Kev."

He said with a smile

"Remember how you was playing in the sandbox with Tina Fox. And how you guys hated each other but, got along in the sandbox only."

I raised an eye brow and said

"Why are you trying to make me remember that?"

He rolled his eyes and said

"I'm trying to make you remember because, your not the same girl any more. I mean you changed alot from over the year. I just want to make sure you remember yourself is all, Gwen."

He started the car and I said while putting my hands over the steering wheel

"No wait...I don't want to leave yet."

He looked at me and I said with a small frown

"You have been trying to remember the past haven't you?"

He turned his look from me and he don't say anything. I said with a sincereness in my voice

"I'm sorry for everything that happened, Kevin. I never meant for any of this to happen to us. I tried my best to do what was right for our situation and everything. I just don't want you hurt or alone."

He still don't say anything but, he grabbed my hand and said

"I will follow everywhere you go just to protect my older sister. You made the right choice, Gwen."

I said again while tighten my hand with his

"I'm sorry, Kevin."

He don't say anything but, he nodded his head and said

"It's okay."

I was enjoying this brother and sister moment with Kevin...I mean it doesn't happen often when, your brother wants to talk about problems and everything. So, I'm glad were talking about this before it gets off hand about this. We were basically talking about our parents and what to do next? I wasn't pretty sure why he wants to talk about this but, if it makes him feel better to get this off his chest then, I don't mind at all.

~Going home~

He drove us to Jeremy's and only Jeremy's car wasn't there but, I don't mind at all. Kevin said to me while putting the car in park by the side walk not the driveway

"Okay, you have an half an hour to get dressed. Its you and me for dinner. Jeremy told me he has a date with some girl."

I looked at Kevin, shocked but, I let it slide pass even the fact that I'm worried and once again, upset with Jeremy. I sighed and said with a fake smile

"Okay, I'm going to try and take a shower and everything."

With that, I got out of the car and  got my crouches from the back. I started going to the door being the good brother Kevin is...He got my bags and followed me. I opened the door and walked up stairs slowly but, surely...Kevin was behind me to make sure I don't fall or anything stupid. I said to him while going to my room

"Okay, you can chill at the couch in the living room or something. I got everything from here."

He nodded his head and dropped my bags by my bed side and said with a smile

"I'm going to check and see if the table is ready for us at the restaurant."

I nodded my head while watching him leave my room. I sighed and said while walking slowly to my bed
