The next day, Squid had got his voice back and could now talk. That day he needed to go to school for a maths test that was on which he had been studying for. Squid got changed into a white singlet with a red shirt on top and some ripped jeans (the style) and some sneakers. He met Tom down stairs who was dressed in a green shirt and jeans. After breakfast the boys left for school. Squid promised his mum he would be home straight after the test which was after first break. When Squid and Tom walked in the gate they met up with their friends as per usual.
"Hey look who's returned" Nicole said hugging Squid as he walked in the gate
"Hey Nicole, yeah I have come back to school but I'm only staying until second break" Squid said
"Why?"
"Mum wants me home so I don't get sicker, you know what mums are like these days"
"Yes painfully irritating" Finnball said and the others agreed.
"So I have heard Ash has got his eye on a pacific girl in our grade" Squid said smirking.
Ash was a little embarrassed but nodded
"Show me who she is" Squid ordered and Ash walked off with Squid so they could talk about well, how to get a girl to like you.
The others just stayed behind and left the love doctor to do his thing.
"Well we got love doctor out of here now as well as his patient" Sqaishey laughed
"Yeah sure did" Martyn agreed
"Hey did you guys know we only have like two months left until year 11 is over?" Dan asked
"Are you serious, I had no idea, gee time flies fast" Stampy stated
"Sure does, are you guy going for any of the leader positions for next year?" Netty asked they all nodded
"Yeah I'm pretty sure Ash and Squid are as well" Lee said
"What are we doing?" Squid asked
"Going for a leader position" Amy repeated
"Heck yeah" Ash said
"Any way how'd it go?" James asked
"I got Ash to introduce himself to her and boy, you'd have to be stupid not know this guy liked you or someone" Squid laughed earning a punch to arm by Ash
"Shut up David" Ash said.
The bell then rang.
"Come on, let's get to class" Snake said and that's where they headed to.
