Macie POV:

It had been one week.
Seven whole days.
I looked around my room.
I normally would've been scared.
But for some reason, I wasn't.
I wasn't the least bit scared.
Why?
I tried to remember.
I scanned every thought that I've had in the last seven days.
I wasn't scared because this wasn't like being kidnapped.
I mean, I was kidnapped.
But the person who'd kidnapped me- I tried to remember her name...
Sam.
That's it.
She was nothing but kind to me.
She let me walk freely throughout the house.
She said that this place had burned down not too long ago but she rebuilt it.
It was a nice house on the inside, complete with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a lobby, one small bathroom, and some room she told me that was off limits.
She gave me plenty off food and water. She gave me clothes and she talked to me as if I were her friend.
She was always wearing black.
She would even smile and laugh with me, telling jokes.
Some of them were pretty good, while some of them reminded me of Lui's.
And Daithi's. Those two always had the same sense of humor.
She promised me constantly that she'd never harm me. But for some reason, I thought she was right.
I shouldn't have trusted her.
But I did. She seemed so nice.
She would leave me alone a lot.
I would go to my room, and she'd wonder off.
I spent a lot of time in my room.
I was thinking about... Well, this sounds horrible, but I was thinking about bringing this girl back to the Crew.
The other night, I told her about this at dinner.
She was a good cook; she said her mother taught her everything.
And I smiled at her.
"Sam?" I asked.
She looked up.
"Yes, Macie?" She smiled, too.
"I was thinking, you know. About how thankful I am towards you. This sounds crazy, I'm supposed to be afraid..." I smirked and she chuckled.
"But here I was thinking at first you we're going to hurt me, but you've given me anything I've ever needed the past few days. And I don't understand why you'd do this just to find The Crew... Can't we just go find them now?" I asked.
She sighed.
"Another reason I kidnapped you is because I don't want to be alone. It's been a long time, you know. It's been a while since I lived with my...family..." She looked down, sadly.
"I'm so sorry," I whispered.
"Did you lose them? "
She shook her head.
"Only my mother. She died... And my previous family, well, they moved on, I guess." She sighed.
I looked up, confused.
"Do you mean... They died? Did they leave you?" I asked.
She shook her head and wiped away the tears.
"No. But I guess you could say they're different people now."
Was her family... In jail?
Are they criminals?
I didn't dare ask, afraid of offending her.
We didn't talk anymore that night.
But here I was now, my arms wrapped around my knees, sitting on the floor, darkness surrounding me.
My window was open, moonlight slipping through and landing on the floor in front of me.
Suddenly, I saw a shadow form on the floor, and I looked up at the window, terrified.
Nothing.
Maybe I was seeing things.
But then I heard a familiar voice.
"Push her down."
I let out a scream, only for it to be muffled by a handkerchief.
I started crying.
"Shh, sweety, we're going to make you feel real good."
I finally saw them.
Not just one, but three.
Two men and a woman.
The woman was on top of me now, smiling evilly, licking her lips.
"Aullie." A man grimaced.
"Shut up, Warren." She sneered.
"This was not your order, Aulline!" The second man tried to pull her off me and I kicked.
"She said she wanted her alive, she won't care if she's a little violated." Aullie said, pulling my shirt up.
No! I'm not going out like this!!
My breasts were almost visible but the man whipped Aullie back.
"Let go, Jack!!" She said, punching him.
"AULLIE, STOP THIS!" Jack screamed.
She yanked down my pants halfway down and she accidentally took off my handkerchief with them.
"PLEASE STOP! I'M A MOMMY! PLEASE! I HAVE A HUSBAND AND BABY AT HOME!" I screamed, kicking Aullie back.
She slapped me across the face and I squealed, her mounting me once again.
When she reached for them again, a bang rang out.
I went silent, tears in my eyes, looking up.
Aullie was quiet as well.
Jack and the two of us looked up to see Warren's corpse fall down, blood streaking from his forehead and soaking the rest of his body.
Behind him stood Sam.
"I know you'd be back..." She mumbled, grinning.
"Jacksepticeye."
"Who are you?" He asked.
She laughed.
"I'd tell you, but you wouldn't remember. Three strikes, and you're out, Sean."
He soon fell to the ground, too, along with Warren.
Aullie stood up, petrified.
"I'd shoot you, square in your hideous face as well, but I need a messenger, and I could pass up the chance to shoot my long lost enemy, could I?"
Sam giggled.
"What are you talking about?" Aullie asked.
"I know she's after them. She's after the one thing Macie and I value the most. And that will not happen. I want you to tell her that Sam's coming. Do you understand?"
Aullie looked dazed.
"DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!" Sam screamed, shooting her in the foot.
Aullie screeched.
"YES!!"
"Good. I'd hurry if I were you. You have to go two times faster now..." Sam said.
"And I'd hurry before you bleed out as well if I were you."
Aullie nodded and ran outside the window as fast as her leg would let her.
Sam ran over to me and picked me up.
"You okay, sweetie?" She asked me.
I shook my head.
She sat down with me in her lap and wrapped a blanket around me.

Sam POV:

The poor girl.
She was crying and I started rocking her.
I felt horrible for taking away her family.
But it had to be done.
I needed her.
If I hadn't have token her, then I wouldn't have been able to track the rest of them down.
I sighed and let Macie sob in my arms.
The men's dead bodies were still there, but I didn't care. I finally got revenge as well.
But Delilah would not.
And I'd make sure of that.
Painful thoughts ran through my head as I started singing.
"Hush little baby, don't you cry..."

Keegan was suddenly in my arms and I now held him tighter than ever.

"I'm sorry, Delilah... I'm sorry, Aiden..." I whispered so she didn't hear me.
"I'm sorry, Tanner."
