As I start to come to, I feel myself being carried by strong arms. My own arms rest across my stomach. My eyes flutter open to see Dean staring forward, his usual stern expression on his face. I move my arm to place my hand on his clenching jaw. The contact brings him to a halt, and his gaze jolts down to me.

"Cel! Oh thank God," he says in a relieved tone. His shoulders relax slightly. "Are you okay?"

I smile gently, until I remember why I was even unconscious. "Where's my dad?" I frantically look around to see that we were headed toward a petite silver car. I don't see Cas or Sam/Zeke, so I try to look behind Dean. From this position, I can't look behind him. I squirm trying to get a better angle.

Dean hugs my body closer to him. "Cel, Cel, chill!" I relax under the gesture. I position my arm around his neck and nuzzle my face into the crook of it. He shifts his head so that his lips rest on my hairline, and he speaks again. Only this time, he whispers. "He's waiting in the car." He kisses my hair.

I immediately pull away from his neck and look at him. He wears a small smile. "He's what?" I emotionlessly say.

His smile grows. "You did it, Cel. I don't know how you managed it, but you did it. You brought him back."

With that, I practically push myself out of his arms. My knees are still weak, so I fall when my feet hit the ground. I'm sure it probably looked as though Dean dropped me. Just as he helps me up, the backseat door of the mysterious silver car opens from the inside, as if on cue. The one and only Castiel climbs out of it, looking at me as he stands up. I guess I wasn't looking hard enough at the car.

I try to run to him, but my knees won't let me. Dean has to stop me from falling again. He helps me walk closer to the car, and Cas picks up his speed to get to us. When he reaches us, he and I engulf each other in a tight embrace. I wrap my arms around his neck as he wraps his around my back. My legs tremble and threaten to give out, but Cas holds me steady.

"How did I do it, Dad?" I whisper. "How did I have enough?"

He pulls away, but is careful to still hold me up. "You used as much as you had in your time of need. There's no guarantee that you have much, or any, left, however."

"I don't care," I state. "As long as you're back." We give each other one last reassuring squeeze before I finally think to ask about the car. I pull away from Cas and try to stand on my own. My legs are wobbly, but I'm able to stand. I turn to Dean. "What's with the family road trip snooze mobile?"

Dean smiles. "It's just until we get back. It's a rental."

I frown. "Jesus, how long was I out?"

He frowns back. "About an hour." He starts to step closer to me. I try to take a step to meet him, but my knees are still weak. Dean catches me before I can hit the ground. He lifts me up so I can stand, and he pushes a piece of my hair behind my ear. "You really had me worried, Sweetheart," he says in a low voice. Then he kisses my nose, bringing a smile to my face.

"Well, I'm alright now," I say. I stretch myself up to kiss his lips.

With that, Dean scoops me up, carrying me bridal style again. I can't help but giggle, though I'm grateful because I can't seem to walk yet. I wrap my arms around his neck to keep myself secure. I'm not sure at what point Cas went back to the car.

Dean kisses my cheek as he starts to walk to the car. "When we get back, I'm taking you out," he says matter-of-factly.

"Are you now?" I tease.

He nods once. "Yup."

"Why?" I ask seriously.

He stops in his tracks and looks at me. His emerald eyes scan my face, only to land on my gaze. "Because you deserve it." My entire face heats up. He smiles at the sight of my blush. "Besides," he continues walking. "We've been together for a month and a half now, and I have yet to take you on a real date."

"Dean Winchester on a date? Seems a little out of your comfort zone," I say.

"These days, my comfort zone surprises even me," he smiles.

I smile back, and he moves his head to kiss me. Then I open the backseat door of the car for him, and he lowers me into the seat. He closes the door and climbs into the passenger seat. Sam starts the car once everyone is secure, and we start the journey back to the bunker.
