"Who was that guy and why did you have a scared look on your face?''

I bit my lip and Kevin said

"He was a friend of our dad and was a drunk bum is all."

Asia looked at the both of us, not really buying our story but, changed the subject back to Bruce. I sighed while eating the rest of my ice cream, Kevin said to me with a smile

"Hey, Gwen. I'm going to Jenny's house can I get a ride?"

Asia said while happily bouncing in the seat

"You should bring here to the game. And Gwen, Skyler and Sammie is coming to the game along with their boyfriend. Its a great idea and everything,"

I bit my lip at the fact of how many people is coming to the game. I sighed and said to Kevin

"Hey, this is a first and last thing....Do you want to drive and get her? Because, I have to prop up my knee and everything."

He looked at me so surprised and shocked, it took him a couple of minutes to answer me back. He agreed and Asia said she'll stay with me to make sure that I'm not alone by myself at the school. So, we got out and switched, I grabbed the rest of my uniform and my things I need to be ready for the game and everything. I sighed and told him while he rolled down the window

"Be careful and drive slow okay."

He nodded his head and I moved back watching him drived out of the parking lot. Once he turned on his signal I knew he would be okay. I looked at Asia who had a smile on her face and said

"So, want to talk about boy troubles with me?"

I couldn't help but to turn her deal down. I wasn't in the mood to talk from what I just seen at my old home. My own father, last time I seen him, he smacked me and Kevin punched him. I shriveled at the thought. Forgetting that Asia was beside me standing in the parking lot. She shook her head at me and said with a small smile

"Do you need help on your knee, Gwen?"

I shook my head and we began walking to the stadium...that was pretty much died. I sighed and made chit chat with her while, walking around the track until, people started showing up. I couldn't help but to smile knowing that we have fans. People who wanted to see us play. I looked at Asia to see her smiling brightly

"Hey...Gwen, I'll see you later, my boo is here."

I said with a giggle while walking out of the gate near the gang of friends, I gave her a smile

"Okay, see you soon."

She chuckled and said

"In the parking lot for Bruce."

I can feel the brush creeping up to my cheeks just to make her laugh more. I noticed that some of my team mates started to show up and I seen Amy and quickly walked over to her. She was smiling so hard at the moment, it came to a point of me raising an eye brow at her. She finally told me that her and Brad went on a date. I think there is more to the story but she's not going to tell me yet. I said with a small smile

"That's great what did you too do?"

She was telling me while we went to the locker room to change. She was telling me that he took her on a picnic near a pond that was at least 10 miles away from town. She said with a smile

"He is so sweet, Gwen. I'm really starting to fall."

I looked at her with a blank look and said

"Just be careful okay."

She frowned and said while putting her shin gear on

"Aren't you happy for me?"
