Never say goodbye
Say goodbye and there will be a possibility you'll never say hello again
Say goodbye and you know that he might not come back home
Say goodbye and you know it can be the last
Say goodbye and you'll lose his presence, his warmth, his love
Say goodbye and you'll get your unhappy ending
Say goodnight instead
Say goodnight and you know that if the sun rises, there will always be a good morning
Say goodnight and you have nothing to worry about because he'll be awake at sunrise
Say goodnight and you know that a night without him won't last, the clock will alarm soon
Say goodnight and you know that he's beside you, sleeping
Say goodnight and you know that there is another day to spend with him
He'll always be there, asleep
And you have the whole night to look at the stars and stare at the moonlight while you wait for him to wake up
It might take a while but you won't notice that your eyes are slowly shutting close
Next thing you know, both of you are in deep coma
Where it is impossible for them to stop both of you from dreaming
