April 7th

"It's time."

I looked up worried.
I looked at Chandler with worried eyes. He smiled at me from across the room.
Everyone started to walk in and we somehow got by each other.
Our hands intertwined between the crowd.

"I love you and always will no matter what happens." Chandler whispered.
I smiled and looked at him.
"I love you too." I whispered.
We went apart and I went to the front table. Chandler sat in the back.

I nervously tapped my leg.

I didn't know what I was gonna do if we weren't gonna be together no more.
Chandler would kill himself. Then I'd raise some hell if that ever happened.

The judge came in and I stood up as tears instantly formed.
She sat down with her gavel.
"Final decision please." She said.
A man walked down the middle isle and handed her a folded piece of paper.

"Please." I mumbled holding in the tears.
She slowly unfolded the paper and looked up.
"This is final..." She paused.
I took a deep breath.

"Chandler Riggs and Samantha Thomas are no longer aloud to have any interaction."

I broke down. I fell to the ground and just cried.
"Sam!" Chandler screamed and ran to me.
He hugged me and I just cried and held onto him.
"I love you. I love you. I love you." He said so loudly so everyone could hear.
I pulled away to look at him one last time.

"Please don't." I cried.
A police pulled him away.
"No!" I cried.
"Please!" He screamed.
I shook my head like this was all a dream.

They pulled him out of the room as I stood there with a blank face as tears kept falling.
"I wanna go home." was all I said.
Kate and Chris came from out of the crowd and hugged me. I cried as we all walked out.
"We will find someway-"
"There is no way!" I screamed and backed away from everyone.

Everyone stared.
"I love him and they don't give a damn!" I screamed.
"He's gonna kill himself without me! Why? Because they won't let us be together!" I cried and screamed.
"I cant help that my Mom was a fucking drug attic and Chandlers Dad beat him to death!" I yelled.
"We would've both ended up dead if I hadn't saved him and got to you guys!" I screamed then shook my head.
"I can't let him die." I cried.

I looked to see everyone touched by what I said. Everyone was in tears.
I looked to my right to see the judge standing there.
I looked at her and just stared.
She shook her head.

"I can't do that to them." She looked at the police.
"I lost my husband to a drugged up driver. I can't put someone in the pain of losing someone they love." She said.
I looked at her.
"You guys can be together, and I promise that's final. It'll be a law, they can't put you guys apart." She said.

I smiled and covered my mouth.
Everyone gasped and I ran and hugged the judge. She laughed and hugged me.
"Thank you." I whispered.
The same lady from the office handed the judge and paper and pen.

She signed it against the wall and handed it to me.

Samantha Thomas and Chandler Riggs aren't allowed to be apart no matter what.
All foster kids, adoptive kids, etc are allowed to be together as long as they aren't blood related.

"Thank you so much." I smiled and covered my mouth.
"We gotta go find Chandler." I said.
Kate and Chris both nodded as I ran to the car.
I got in the front seat as Kate got beside me and Chris in the back.

"Let's go find him." I smiled.
