13. High school best friends xx

University/High School : Best Friends

Niall: From the moment you two met, you were inseparable from one another. Even people began to question if you two were dating. As you both roam the hallways, whispers were heard in the background. “Are they dating or what?” “They look like they’re together. “Niall finally asked her out?” The answer was always a sharp and simple no. You two secretly wished the answer was yes, but both of you were too scared to ruin the wonderful friendship you already have.

Liam: He was the best friend who always had your back. Even while you were seeing someone, he was always waiting by your locker to take you to class. He was the one you could lean on when you were heartbroken by some jerk. Liam was the only person could fix you. He was too shy to admit his feeling for you, not wanting to put you into an awkward position. But for now, he could only be there to mend your heart back.

Louis: No matter where you went, his arms were always around your shoulders. He was the only one who could make you laugh on a bad day. As the jokester he is, when people asked if you two were dating, he’d simply roll his eyes and say, “Yes. Because I would date this sack.” You could only watch and laugh hysterically. It was sort of a bummer that he thought of you that way. But there was always a part of you that hoped Louis felt something for you like you do for him.

Harry: He was your first friend you made when you entered high school, completely lost and alone. There was never a day when people didn’t see the two of you together. Even your mom became quite fond of him. “I think you ought to marry the lad!” she would say occasionally. A sly smile would form on your lips at the thought of it. But the answer was always, “Stop dreaming mom.” And when Harry was present, he would playfully place his arm around your shoulder, “I think we ought to too!”

Zayn: You haven’t been friends for very long. He was the new student in school. Very quiet and a bit awkward. But to your surprise, he opened up to you. Thanks to your chemistry teacher for putting you together as partners. Ever since then, you two have been the best of friends. He could joke around and be silly without having you judge him. It was like you saw a completely different side of him, and you liked it. Zayn always secretly admired you, and you always had a soft spot for him.
