HARRY

"I want you to bring him to me," I commanded Zayn, my voice firm and radiating authority daring someone to refuse my orders. Zayn agreed to my plan of bringing Tomlinson's little minion over so we could get some answers out of him and see what he was up to and was going to set off tomorrow. Zayn cracked his knuckles grinning maliciously.

"I can't wait to get my hands on hi-" His voice faded as someting burned straight through my core, my chest and stomach muscles tensing to the point that I had to shoot out a hand to support myself, before I had even gotten over the confusion a loud scream cut through the air making everything fall into place. I was off my feet and racing towards the stairs before Zayn or anyone else for that matter could even comprehend what had happened, however I could, I knew.

It was Amelia, and thoughts burned through my mind of what could possibly have happened to make her scream like that, of course there was always a possibility that it could be something small and insignificant like a spider or something, but I could tell it was something much bigger, more serious. I raced around corners and corridors cursing myself for having a bedroom that was so far up into the house as images of her possibly being hurt flashed through my mind making me chest ache with something unknown.

Turning the final corner I saw her, she was pressed against the wall, chest heaving and white as a sheet.

"Amelia," I rushed taking her petite shoulders into my hands as I ran my hands down her arms checking her body for any signs of physical damage. "What's wrong, why did you scream? Does something hurt?" I said firmly but all she did was take a rattling breath while shaking her head, pearly tears over spilling her lash line and making tracks on her soft cheeks.

"Okay, okay. Just breathe, baby." I said titling her chin up with my hand and shushing her gently as I emphasized my breathing a bit to help her whilst I really had to try to fight my instincts that were telling me to demand answers of what had hurt her and then tear them limb my limb. I was feeling pissed as hell, absolutely fuming that someone had reduced my girl to terrified tears and rattling breaths, I was itching to let it out somehow, on someone but I had to remember to control my anger as it would only result in a more frightened Amelia.

I felt her knees buckle but my reflexes were quick enough that I darted my hands out and caught her, pulling her towards my chest as I gently sunk us to the ground allowing her to lean against the wall whilst I crouched in front. I couldn't understand what was wrong with her and what had drawn such a dramatic reaction out of her. I wiped away her tears as much as I could but it was pointless as they were replaced with more before I had even pulled my hand away. I faintly heard Zayn coming up behind me probably to check on what the scream was about.

"Amelia, I need you to tell me what happened. Are you hurt?" I stressed. She didn't look hurt physically, but who knows, she's wearing like five layers of clothing so I couldn't see anything if I even tried, and there was no fucking way I was going to lift her sweater up in front of other people. Her sweet little body wasn't for other peoples eyes. She shook her head, a sob leaving her lips as I sighed in irritation unsure of what to do. I fucking hated this, not knowing what was wrong because I couldn't control it and I hated not being in control of a situation.

"Mate," I felt a hand on my shoulder which I quickly identified as Zayn. "I think you need to see this," He gulped. If it wasn't for the nervous tone of voice and the slight tremor that accompanied it there was no way in hell I would have turned away from Amelia, but something told me this was something I really did need to see. In that time I saw Perrie, Ashton and that bitch Haley come around the corner. I rolled my eyes knowing that Amelia wouldn't want this many people seeing her so upset but of course no one would have taken that into consideration. I stood up as Zayn handed me something, a stack of printed, high quality photographs by the look of it. The first picture on the pile being a picture of Amelia lugging two suitcases and three bags all by herself into her old apartment building looking cute as ever. I frowned in confusion as I slid it to the back of the pile to look at the next one. It was of her standing at a Cafe. The next one was of her walking home alone at night. This made me grit my teeth at her stupidity. It also reminded me of when I had rescued her.
