"How you feeling sweet heart?" Dr Reign asked smiling.

I smiled slightly at her as she took a seat in the chair beside me.

"Uncomfortable, I miss my bed and my family"

She sighed, she knew our family well she was like a family friend.

"Honey, things will get better"

I felt tears blurring my vision.

"Don't cry Kay, I remember when you first came into the world, your strong out of all your siblings your the strongest"

I smiled feeling my heart warm up.

"I just came to give you your pain killers and check on you" She said handing me 2 pills and water.

I took the pills and drunk the water before she stood up.

"Your step dad said he's coming to check on you"

I smiled wider now knowing who she was talking about.

"Thank you" I said before she left the room.

I watched the tv for a little while before starring blankly into space.

"Kaydee what are you doing?" My dad yelled.

I jumped dropping the milk and cereal every where.

"Oh no" I said covering my mouth.

"Kay, quick before mummy wakes up"

I giggled as we cleaned the kitchen together.

"What you 2 up to?" Mum said walking into the kitchen.

"Breakfast mummy" I said rubbing my stomach.

She raised an eyebrow.

"I know your little bad ass spilt everything too" She said before taking the eggs out the fridge.

I smiled looking down at my hands.

"Kay your way to old for this" Ry said groaning.

"Please Ry"

He sighed and pushed his hands into the paint. I smiled as we pushed our hand prints onto my left wall covering it in purple and gold hand prints.

"See, if dad was here it would be him, but you just as good" I said looking up.

He smiled down at me.

"You know ya mama finna beat my ass"

"Not unless we keep it to ourselves"

"Girl you know ya mam finna come in here and whoop some ass"

"Damn right I told you no Kaydee"

I pouted.

"Ry made me" I said pointing at him.

He groaned as mum pinched his arm.

"Get ya black ass out, you on punishment" She said dragging him out the room.

"Kay" Some one said kncoking my door.

"Come in" I said softly.

Aj and Ryan walked in with balloons and teddy bears making me smile.

"How you feeling?" Aj asked sitting on the chair beside the bed.

"Uncomfortable, I can't lay on my side thanks to my leg cast and my elbow gets pain everyone once n a while"
