  I just sat on my bed and stared at Pete's text to me with a frown on my face. The nerve of him.....to send me an apology and saying he wanted to see me again and that he misses me, and that 'there's a lot going on'. Yeah... he wants to see me for what? To pick my brain like everyone else? After a while my face softened as tears replaced my anger. Maybe...he is sorry. I do miss him too....like a lot.

Wow am I that desperate for a friend to come crawling back to that jerk? No. I have Roach...who hasn't been responding to me. You know what? Fine. I'll give Pete another chance, I dunno why. I guess I'm just that stupid.

I'm super angry at you Peter. It hurts a lot that you lied to me >:( I just want a friend.....is that too much to ask? -Kaylee

I turn off my phone and sigh heavily, waiting for a response which never comes.

Pete? -Kaylee

No response. That's weird....it's normally super freaky how fasts he replies.

Peter are you ok? -Kaylee

After a few more minutes of no reply, I hop off my bed, fully concerned. Why? It's not like I 'like' like him.

Right? No....he lied to me. I don't want a liar as my boyfriend. But still, I want to make sure he's ok.

Ruby, have you spoken to Pete lately? He's not responding to my texts and I'm kinda worried....-Kaylee

I hesitantly hit send, still super mad at her. She hasn't even tried to apologize to me yet, which ticks me off.

What? How long ago did you text him? -Ruby

Like....ten to fifteen minutes ago -Kaylee

.....o-kay? -Ruby

He normally replies sooner! Come on, you know this -Kaylee

True. Maybe he's sleeping -Ruby

Roach isn't replying either  -Kaylee

 I got kind of concerned when she said neither Roach or Peter were replying, and knowing Peter, he probably went to talk to Roach. Them being together equals bad news....

Peter, Kaylee tried to text you and said you haven't been answering. Just wanted to make sure you were ok -Rubes

No response. I wait for another couple of minutes and get nervous. There's definitely something up.....
