"Hi Tito! Thanks for coming! Tapos na ba ang meeting niyo?" - I asked as my soon-to-be father-in-law walked towards me.
He greeted me with a warm smile and kissed me on the cheek. "Oh yes, we just finished dear."
Ang sweet ng Daddy ko noh? He always treats me like I'm his own daughter! At ako naman, I feel so happy knowing that 100% supportado si Tito sa kasal namin ni Kieth~ Ang swerte ko naman!
"Ah is that so? Well malapit naman ang uwian, gusto niyo po sasabayan ko kayo umuwi?" - alok ko sa kanya.
"Wag na hija! I'll be fine. I have a driver with me." - sabi niya sabay ngiti na nag-aasure.
"You sure po?" - I had to ask again. You know, para at least he'll think I really care for his well being.
"Yes dear. Besides, its Kieth's job to take you home." - he said and then he scanned the area as if looking for someone. "Teka, asan na nga ba si Kieth?"
"Wasn't he with you Tito?"
"He was. Pero that was before the meeting."
Huh? Nasan na kaya ang baby koo?
"Ah maybe he just had something to do Tito. I'm sure he'll be here any minute. Ma titiis ba niya na mawala sa tabi ko?" - I said confidently.
Oh yes, Kieth doesn't love anyone but me.
How do I know? Eh kasi ever since we were kids, I was the only one he had.
No other girls in his life besides me. And that was mostly because kung meron mang magtangkang magflirt sa baby ko, they would be seen dead in the middle of the road.
Joke lang! I just taught them a lesson. Thats all! haha!
And hindi nagtagal, nakita namin si Kieth not too far away.
"Ah there he is! Kieth! come here!" - Tito saw Kieth walking towards us and my heart went into a frenzy.
Eeeeiick! my Loves is here!
"Kieth!" - I practically ran to him and latched my arm with his.
Tumingin siya sa akin and bakas na bakas sa mukha niya ang inis. But who cares? I still love him! And I know he loves me too.
Hindi niya ako masyadong binigyan pansin and continued moving towards his father. At ako naman, nakakapit pa din sa braso niya.
"Old man. Akala ko umuwi ka na?" - he asked uninterested.
"Uuwi pa lang. I just need to bid your wife goodbye first." - he gave me a wink and I giggled.
Tumingin ako kay Kieth na nakangiti at siya naman nagsnort na parang disgusted. Awww.... ang shy naman masyado ng baby ko! Don't worry, I know you're just embarrased. Heh ang kyut ng baby ko oh!
Hindi nagsalita si Kieth and soon, umalis na din si Tito.
Minutes passed and it was time for us to go home. Yey! one of my favorite parts of the day! Heh.... Eh kasi sa tuwing sumasakay kami sa limo, may privacy kami ni Kieth. As in kami lang dalawa sa loob ng kotse at hindi kami naririnig o nakikita ng driver.
