Chapter 43

LAST CHAPTER

5 Years Later:

Laney's POV:
"Peek-a-boo!" I heard Louis say.

Raven giggled.

3 years ago I would have never seen this happen. 5 husbands and a daughter.

5 VAMPIRE husbands and a VAMPIRE child. I don't think anyone could have seen this happen.

Vampires can have babies which I was surprised about. They grow up like a normal human baby but they drink blood and stop growing after 21.

Raven just turned 2 a couple months ago and Harry was celebrating his birthday today.

Raven ran to me while Liam chased her.

"Mama mama." She rambled on while smiling.

"Aww! Hi baby." I said while picking her up. She buried her head in my chest and laughed. She looked back up at Liam with a bigger smile on her face.

"I'm going to get you!" He joked while slowly walking towards her.

I loved watching the guys play with Raven. It was so sweet.

"No she's mine!" I laughed then ran away with her.

Raven laughed the entire time. Harry came around the corner and turn her out of my arms.

"Now she's mine." He said then ran off.

"Raven and I call dibs on the TV!" He yelled from the living room.

"No fair! I was about to watch Scooby Doo!" Louis said.

Raven giggled.

13 More Years Later:

Raven's POV:

"Mom. Can I go to Ava's house?" I asked. Ava was also a vampire and we were best friends.

"Maybe. I'll think about it." She responded. She put the rest of the blood covered eggs on my plate and one of my dads walked in.

"Good Morning honey." Harry said then kissed my head.

"Dad. Can I go to Ava's today?" I asked again hoping he would give me a real answer. He looked at mom and was hesitant on his answer.

She gave him the "I already told her my answer" look.

"It's up to your mom." He said then pecked her on the lips.

"EWW. MY EYES." I laughed. They chuckled.

The rest of my dads walked in and all pecked my head and hugged me.

"Well. I'm going to school. Love you guys." I said while walking out.

I showed up to my vampire school and walked in. School is so boring.

"Hey Raven." My CRUSH Eric said to me as I passed by. I smiled and hoped this wasn't another dream. He smiled back at me and I thought I was going to faint.

I opened my locker and Ava walked up to me.

"So. I see Eric has already put you in a good mood."

"He smiled at me." I said in a daze.

"Yes he did." She laughed. "Maybe he likes you back."

"No way. He wouldn't."

She shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know. I've just heard he likes you. No big deal." She joked.

My jaw dropped. "No way."

She smiled really big.

"OH MY GOD AVA THIS IS GREAT!" I said, louder than I should have.

We hugged then the bell rang.

"Well. See you in class." She said then walked away.

I walked into class and saw Eric...kissing some blonde.

My heart broke right there in front of me. I felt my stomach turn.

"Well. I guess it wasn't meant to be." I told myself then sat down and tried to figure out a way to deal with the big hole in my chest.

At Ava's House:
"He kissed the blonde." I said when I walked in.

"What?"

"He was sucking the blondes face off." I said still dying.

"No way."

"Yep. Right there in front of me." I said then laid on her bed.

"Maybe she was coming on to him." She said trying to comfort me.

"Nope. He was into it. Why am I such an idiot?" I asked.

"You're not. He is. You are amazing Rave. If he can't see that then he is the stupid one." She responded.

"God I hate people." I chuckled.

"Yep. Me too." She chuckled with me.

6 More Years Later:

Raven's POV:
"I love you guys." I said with a tear in my eye.

Today was the day I was leaving. I had found my mate and I was finally 21.

He was perfect. His name was Ashton and I love him so much.

"We are so proud of you baby." Lou said. They all nodded and started crying harder.

I hugged them, said my goodbyes, then met Ashton outside.

"You ready?" He smiled. No matter how long we've been together I always get a little weak when he smiles that brightly.

I nodded.

I looked back at my house one more time and sighed.

"Is there something wrong?" He asked. I looked back at him.

"No. I'm just going to miss this place." I said, grabbed his hand in mine, then walked off.
