"Chapter seventeen"

The next day...

I'm in the room right know thinking where to hide this golden ring that I'm holding...

"So, where can I hide this ring? In my pocket in the drawer, eat it?! I'm so confused." I said then bumped my head on the wall.

"Ouch."

Knock knock knock!!!

"What a sec!"

Where do I hide this ring where?!....

I hide the ring under my pillow then open the door...

Marcus came in...

"Oh well good morning master Marcus, why are you here? My work time starts at 8:30 and it's only 6:00 am."

"I'm not here for your working time, I'm here for the ring." He said.

Sigh....

"Oh, it's not here."

"Are you sure?"

"Of course!!"

"Your not guilty?" He asked.

"Of course!"

"Oh well if your not telling a lie let me in your room and search for the ring if it's not really here." He said.

"Oh you don't wanna see my room master Marcus it's too you know..."

"Dirty, dusty, yuck, disgusting, creepy, smelly, disgusti-." He said.

"No! It's just dirty."

🤔- Marcus thinking.

"Okay bye!" I said then close the door.

"Ouch my nose." He said then kicked my door.

"It's not my work time so I don't care."

I sat on my chair and face my desk...

I feel so stressed out and guilty and I feel like a robber who stole a ring.... I feel dirty...

I dig in my face in the desk... And think about how to get out of here and return to my village and live happily ever- what I'm not happy! I feel like I have a hands of a robber and a tongue of a liar...

I stand up....

"Wait a second! Today is the day we're going to the city to buy a new phone!..."

"Good thing my memory card is not broken, there are so many selfie in it."

Knock knock.!

"Come in!"

Marcus came in...

"What are you doing here, again?" I asked.

"Dress up."

"Why?"

"We're going to the city."

"Jackpot! Yes, Yahoo!....."

I'm Dancing right now the happy and weird way..

"What the!" He said.

I stopped dancing... I felt awkward...

"Okay I'll get dress so get out of my room."

"Okay." He said then closed the door and exit.

"Okay time to dress up as a commoner." I said then go straight to my closet.

"Okay where's my black hat?" I asked myself.

Why do I always ask myself? This is totally getting weirder.

I throw all the clothes in the floor that I don't like then pick the pair that I love..

I finished finding clothes so I started changing.....

After changing....

"I'm ready!" I said then exit the room.
