كيف حدث هذا؟ خسرنا نصف شعبنا، وتسبب في أضرار طفيفة ولكن، والله سوف يكون لدينا غاضب

(How did this happen? We lost half of our people, and caused minor damage but, God will have to have an angry)

I don’t know about Admiral Clemens, I didn’t ask, but I did not sleep well. I seldom dream but I did; bad dreams, mushroom clouds, people screaming and dying and the terrible crying of women in total anguish over losses.

I went through the accumulated data behind the terror prediction. I would have made the same call my people did. My people. I finally felt that here, with them, and it is good.

The Admiral brought a home cooked breakfast, steak and eggs, rib eye, link sausage, toast, cantelope, french toast, hash browns. A thick slice of ham.

He just watched me attack the food, his fragile health kept him on a strict diet. I felt awful, but enjoyed everything.

“Please thank your wife for me, Sir, this is a treat, I seldom get anything home made, thank you.”

‘You did a man’s work yesterday, Paine, let’s see how it pans out. Today could be a first step back for S&A.”

‘For your sake, sir, that would make me very happy, it truly would. I owe you so much. I didn’t want this job, now I wouldn’t leave it for anything.”

“Sirs, a Lieutenant Jansen wishes to be annoucned?”

“Jansen?”

From the floor Sir…”

“Oh, yes, okay, send him in. The young man who helped me understand the operation early on.”

A crisp salute and a smile, “Sirs, the lack of activity and chatter indicates that an attack is imminent, if they follow the usual ritual.”

“Thank you, your first name, David, like the actor? David Jansen?”

He smiled, “Not many remember him, he had two ‘s’s in his name, Janssen, but yes, my mom followed his career.”

“He is a good actor, very good, probably no longer with us?”

“Don’t know, sir, don’t want to know.”

I nodded in understanding. “Anything else you can add to the overall in Sweden? And why there, anyway?”

The city of Malmo, has over twenty five percent Muslim population. My reading says it becomes more Islamic every day and Swedes have had enough.”

“You think there will be an attack?”

“Yes, sir, I do. They are passing laws restricting movement, home ownership and what kinds of jobs Muslims can have. Racism or ethnic cleansing, I guess, but I understand why and it doesn’t bother me.”

“Is it just Malmo, and Sweden?”

“No, sir, all over, they burned like a hundred cars in Paris a year or so ago. London has riots over it. All of Europe is nervous about what happens next.”

“I don’t understand why all this is happening. Is it immigration, and why so many?”

‘No young workers. Euro’s stopped having babies, same in Japan, not enough workers to pay the social security for elders, so they import workers and tax them.”
