My pulse rises to heaven, breathing is shaky and the world is non-existent, my heart beat is but a blur as my cheeks light afire...I was in love...And not with my boyfriend.
But it was too late, I made a decision and there is no turning back.
The voice echoing from the microphone and into my ears was none other than Tyson, singing the song I had loved for years...For me...To let me go.
It pained me yet somehow sparked a fire deep down.

My grip around Indigo tightens, he feels my shaking and sighs, releasing me from his touch.
"Diana..." His voice was calming, quiet yet loud enough to snap me from the trance.

In a matter of seconds, his cheek brushed my own, his hollow breath tingling my ear, "I know how you feel..so..." The next words pierced through me, welling up my eyes with pain, "go to him."
I jolt up from my seat, turn to Indigo and with a testy smile, say what I never thought I'd say, "It's over, Indigo"
