"{y/n}! Stop it!" "No!" I grumbled as I held Ray's hands over his head. "Get off of me!" "Why?" The room fell silent and I let him sit up with me still on his lap, he put his hands on my shoulders and slid them down my arms as I tensed up "Because, I'm your boyfriend for God sakes, stop hiding from me".

My breath hitches and I feel a tear roll down my cheek "I just-" he pulled me into a hug "It's okay, it's okay to cry {y/n}" "He hurt me- the guy I dated before I met you, I just don't want you to lie to my face and run off with some other girl". He looked at me with a soft look on his face and just kissed me "I'd never leave you, never. You," he put his finger on my forehead "you are everything I could ever want and nothing will change the way I feel about you, because you'll always be here," he took my hand and put it over his heart "I promise".
