This beautiful boy in the picture above is my best friend Dan
On this past Sunday Dan attempted to hang himself in his room, he lost oxygen and blood to the brain for 22 minutes before him mom found him and got him down. He was rushed to the hospital and immediately tested and put on life support. Monday his vitals were okay, Tuesday his brain started swelling, Wednesday the swelling rapidly increased. Thursday they told me to say my goodbyes. Friday at 2:00pm Dan Joseph Goedken died.

Thousands of people gathered outside his house with candles and signs to show their love for Dan. Millions of tears were shed for the lose of a beautiful boy.

I miss you so much and it hasn't even been 2 hours. I wish I could have done something. I wish I could turn back time. God I wish this was a fantasy so I could save you and live happily ever after. But its not. About a hundred or so kids are now in therapy for this tragedy, never think that nobody loves you. Never lose hope. Tomorrow is a new day with a new start. Never forget that.
