I wish you could see

its very difficult

to love yourself

and this I understand

but there are so many

good qualities

about yourself

that  I wish you could see

I wish you could see

the way your smile

when its genuine

means something

to someone else

I wish you could see

the way some people

light up when they talk

about how important you are to them

I wish you could see

that even though

not everyone loves you

the right people do

because you are important

I don't know how many times I can say that

you

are

important

and

I love you

with all your flaws

I wish you could see

how special you really are
