"Subukan nating yung ***** ." Pag-susuggest ni Naeri. Tumango si Clyde bilang pagsang-ayon.
Not long after, a serene music flowed out from the piano. Nung umpisa ay medyo na ngangapa pa ang dalawa dahil hindi sila sanay sa isa't-isa pero habang tumatagal ay asa tamang tempo na ang kanilang mga kamay.
The two looked at each other before showing a smile. In an outsider's view, they look like a pair of lovers playing the piano. The smile they showed further made it look more true.
This is what came into Brixx' view as he stood outside the music room. His flight was moved to three in the afternoon, so he figured he might as well take a look at Clyde and Naeri's practice.
'Well, it looks like they're doing good.' He thought as he watched the two.
He continued to watched until the two finished the song before walking away.
Matapos tumugtog ng dalawa ay tumahimik ang buong music room.
"Wow." Ito ang unang beses na tumugtog si Naeri ng may kasama.
'It felt great having someone to play beside me.' She thought.
"Antagal na since last akong nakipag-piano duet." Bumuntong-hininga si Clyde bago nilingon si Naeri.
"Sinong naka-duet mo nuon?" Pagtatanong ni Naeri.
"My father, though he's busy nowadays so we can't play anymore." Clyde sadly smiled. He remembered the days he played the piano with his father.
'Back when mother's still here.' He thought.
"Oh right, your father is a pianist." Naalala ni Naeri ang sinabi ni Xanxus nung nakaraan sa may canteen.
"Kung may pagkakataon, let's go to one of his concerts." Clyde suggested. When was the last time he watched his father's concert? Clyde couldn't remember clearly.
'I think, years ago?' Pag-alala ni Clyde.
"Sure." Naeri happily agreed, obviously the young lady had never been to a concert before.
"Anong piece gagamitin natin para sa presentation?" Tanong ni Clyde.
"How about Claire de Luna by Debussy?" Naeri suggested.
"I think Comptine d'un outr'ete' is good too." Pagsasalita ni Clyde.
Sa huli ay napagdesisyunan ng dalawa na tugtugin ang dalawang kanta para piliin kung ano ang mas magugustuhan nila.
They played the piano until Clyde remembered that it was time for lunch.
Nag-alok si Clyde na siya na ang bibili ng kanilang lunch, sinabihan na lang nito si Naeri na maghanap ng lugar kung saan pwede silang kumain. Bawal kasing kumain sa music room at tsaka sarado rin ang canteen ngayon dahil sabado.
Kaya sinabi ni Naeri sa may sakura tree na lang siya maghihintay at duon na rin sila kakain.
As they parted ways, Naeri made her way towards the sakura tree. Unexpectedly, she came across the young lady who asked her to give a love letter to Clyde.
The woman was staring at her with a frown on her face. Agad na nilapitan ni Naeri ang dalaga.
"Hey, naibigay kona pala kay Clyde yungg pina-paabot mo." Gusto lang ipa-alam ni Naeri na wala na sa kanya ang love letter.
"Anong ginagawa mo dito?" Imbis na sagutin siya ay malamig siya nitong tinanong.
"Practice for the Year Presenration for next week." Though weirded out at her tone of voice, Naeri still answered.
"What are you to Clyde?" Humakbang palapit ang babae at patuloy na tinanong si Naeri.
"Clyde? We're classmates." Sagot ni Naeri habang patanong na naka-tingin sa dalaga.
"You better not have any ideas about him, or else——" Naputol ang sasabihin nito ng biglang may sumabat.
