The class ended before 12 pm for lunch. There's a rule in the academy that student's aren't allowed to exit the academy perimeters unless absolutely necessary or when dismissal.
The boys invited Naeri to eat with them at the canteen in which she agreed.
Walking at the hallway, Naeri can feel some gazes looking their way, whispers can be heard as they pass by.
The young men look unperturbed, probably used to it.
As they entered the canteen, the gazes and whispers multiplied. Ang iba pa nga sa mga iyon ay masamang tinitigan si Naeri. Agad na iniyuko ng dalaga ang ulo sa kaba.
Napansin ni Vincent ang pagyuko ni Naeri bago niya tignan ang paligid.
"Clyde, Xanxus, kayo na ang umorder kami na hahanap ng mauupuan." Pag mumungkahi ni Vincent, bago siya sumenyas kay Clyde gamit ang kanyang mata. Nagtaka si Clyde bago niya maintindihan ang pina-pahiwatig ni Vincent.
Tinanong muna ni Clyde kung ano ang gusto nilang kainin bago hinili si Xanxus para pumila.
Nakahanap si Vincent ng bakanteng lamesa bago hinila rito ang hindi mapakaling si Naeri at ang inaantok na si Russell.
Silang lima lamang ang nagpunta sa canteen, samantalang si Brixx ay nagpaiwan, mayroon pa raw itong aasikasuhin, pagpapaliwanag nito.
"Wag mo na silang pansinin. Just be yourself." Biglang ani ni Vincent pagka-upo nila.
Naeri gratefully looked at him before saying thanks.
Not long after, Clyde and Xanxus came back holding trays of food.
As the food was being served,
"Anong gusto niyong gawin para sa Year Presentation?" Xanxus asked as he sat down.
Meanwhile, back at their room. Brixx was sporting a frown on his face as he coldly talked to the phone.
"I want you back home before 6 in the evening." A stern voice can be heard from the phone.
"Yes, Father." He answered, staring at the black board.
"And the partnership in Vegas. Don't disappoint me son." Huling sabi ng ama ni Brixx bago ibaba ang telepono.
'Don't disappoint you? Since when have you been satisfied with me anyway?' The young man thought, changing his sights to the scenery outside.
