Okay guys this is an unexpected update I may not be able to go through Saturday like I had planned.
Long stort short. I dropped a full shampoo bottle on my foot in the exact place where I just had surgery, and now I've got a big knot on my foot ..
..uh yea it hurts just standing on it so I'm not sure how it would react to bridge lifts, or Mountain climbers. :-/ Sorry y'all ill try to get back up asap though .
