Hey guys what's up? Hope you enjoyed todays workout I know I sure did I've been feeling it for the past hour lol

Do me a favour though and don't tell my doctor I've been doing planks I'm still not completely recovered from my surgery and I'm not to sure he would like it if he knew I was doing that lol
