Hey y'all!!! today has been extremely busy, I know that workout was pretty easy for the most part but, I've been up since around 9:00 this morning and just now sat down at 12 for the first time today besides eating lol so yea sorry for not putting this on earlier.

But I do need to say I wont be able to post another workout until probably next Tuesday.

Tomorrow will be even busier than today but there may still be a possibility that I could post one late tomorrow night,...if I get the chance to workout myself lol...

but next week ill be in Alabama and I dont have any service there at all.

But if y'all still want to workout next week I've got an idea.

Pick a workout that I've already posted one day next week ,and after you've done it leave a comment on my page telling me what workout you did ,and on what day and ill follow you ,and Ill mention you next time I update.

Anyways pray that I'm able to update tomorrow but if not ill try to make it up to y'all.
