Chapter 4

-JJs POV-
"JJ?" Emily calls, breaking the peace.
"What!" I yell angrily.
"Woah sorry just didn't know where you went." She says and backs away.
"S-sorry." I mutter and turn back to the view.
"Well we are about to start the hike." Emily says as Morgan runs up behind her.
"Let's go Cheeto breath!" Morgan says to me trying to make me smile.
I smile for a second at the name but them remember the night he first called me that.
*Flashback*
"Let's go home Kaelyn." I whisper.
When we get home we go inside.
"SUPRISE!" We hear.
"Mommy!" Henry yells as he runs up to me. I hand Kaeyln to Spencer who hands her to Penelope.
"Ooh Cheetos!" I say and run over to a big bowl of Cheetos.
"That should keep her busy for the next hour." Spencer jokes.
"Oh right we have a surprise for the team!" Spencer says.
"Ready JJ?" He asks me ask and he looks over at me as I shove my face with Cheetos.
"Mmh." Is all I manage to say. I walk back over with the bowl of Cheetos.
"Follow us." I eventually say.
We walk down to the basement.
"I present to you the Team Hangout. It has 5 guest rooms, each master bedrooms. A bar, a flatscreen TV, 2 couches, an air hockey table and a ping pong table." Spencer says.
"I have officially moved in with Pretty Boy and Cheeto Breath." Morgan says.
"Hey!" I yell.
"Same here." Rossi says.
"Rossi you have at least 4 bars in your house." I say and laugh.
"Ah ah ah Mansion." He corrects me.
"So that's what it feels like to be corrected." I joke.
"So how about we spend the night here?" Morgan says.
"I'm up to it!" Emily says.
"Make that two!" Rossi says.
"Anything to stay with little Kaelyn." Penelope says.
"So boss man?" Morgan asks.
"Why not?" Hotch says.
"So a sleep over at the Cheeto Breath and Pretty Boys it is!" Morgan says.
"Is my breath that bad?" I ask and breathe into Spencer's face..
"Smells cheesy to me." He says and I laugh.
"I wonder why dipstick it's not like she hasn't eaten Cheetos or anything." Morgan says.
"Oh give the man a break." Rossi says.
"Alright before you guys turn into WWE stars I'm gonna put Kaelyn to bed, and possibly myself too.'' I say and I grab Kaelyn
"I'm with her on that! You guys can help yourself to the bar, the fridge, or the pool. Just don't get drunk, I beg you." Spencer says.
"No promises. *cough cough* dipstick." Morgan says.
"Okay that's it!" Spencer yells and he jumps onto Morgan's back.
"That's all you got Pretty Boy?!?" Morgan says.
"Okay children I will ground you. Reid go with JJ and Morgan quit being the dipstick." Rossi says.
"Fine." Spencer and Morgan both say.
"I love how Rossi can get away with anything." Emily says.
"Thats Lord Rossi to you." Rossi says.
"Alright bye guys." Spencer says and we head to bed.
*Flashback Over*
I smile at the memory but then it fades as I remember Spencer.
"Please don't call me that." I mumble and I look down.
"Sorry." Morgan mumbles.
"Alright let's get started!" Emily says breaking the silence.
I stand up, wiping my pants off and we head towards the trail.
"How long is this trail?" I ask as I look around at the trees.
"A mile and a half." Morgan says as he runs ahead of us.
"Morgan slow down! We aren't all really buff." Emily says and I give a little smile at her joke.
"You wish you were!" Morgan jokes and he stops, waiting for me and Emily to catch up.
"I'm perfectly fine with how I am!" Emily says and she looks down at her flat stomach. I smile and look down at my stomach expecting it to be flat like Emily's. Instead I see my rib cages sticking out a little. I rub my hand over my stomach a little.
"Can we just keep walking?" I mumble, trying to change the subject.
"Sure." Morgan says and we start walking again.
*A few minutes later*
"This is so steep!" Emily says, trying not to fall down the rock.
"It's pretty easy to me." I say as I hop in each rock.
"She's ahead of both of us!" Morgan says to Emily and they laugh.
I keep walking and soon enough I feel a drop of water hit my head. Ignore it and start to run down the rocks.
"JJ BE CAREFUL!" Morgan yells but I block him out.
I turn and look at the woods beside us. I see a figure move from a tree. I start running faster, feeling like I'm being chased.
"JJ STO-" Morgan yells right as I slip on the rock.
"OWW!" I screech.
"JJ!" Emily and Morgan say as the run up to help me.
"I need to go!" I yell as I try to get out of their reach.
"JJ stop! Your ankle looks bruised!" Morgan says.
"No I need to see who that is!" I yell.
"Who? What?" Morgan asks confused.
Suddenly the figure runs a distance in front of us. His jacket hood falls off and I see brown curls bounce as he runs into the woods. I try to escape Emily and Morgan's grasp.
"Spence?!" I yell, but I don't get a response.

I'm currently behind my brother while he is driving a stick shift and I'm so scared that he's not gonna change gears fast enough and that the car will just stop. 😬
