Louis's POV~

I was running late for my date with Y/N. I could already see the look on her face, she was going to be pissed at me. When I got to restaurant I saw Y/N at a table waiting for me. She was talking to that waiter I guess she got tired of waiting to order. Then she started to laugh. Nope, she was not ordering he was flirting and she was falling for it. 

"Y/N! I am so sorry I am late. Management wanted to have a surprise meeting. I would have called but my phone is charging back at our flat." I said getting to her quick as I could.

"Oh hey Louis. Don't worry it's fine." she said still half laughing.

"Thank you." I said sitting down, "Can I get a menu?" I asked the waiter. I don't care if it was not nice but hey he was flirting with my girlfriend. I looked at his name tag it said he was Zach.

"I'll be right back." he said leaving.  Zach was nice quite so nice back, not that expected him to. This exchange between us did not go unnoticed by Y/N.

"Louis." she said slowly.

I did not say anything. We sat there looking at each other until the waiter came back, "Here you go, sir. Do either of you need anything a drink, to order, or maybe-"

I cut him off, "No thank you, were good." he winked at Y/N before he left. "I am going to kill him.'' I said getting up myself.

But Y/N stopped me, "Louis sit down." she rolled her eyes, "He is not doing anything."

I just wanted to scream, No he was you just can't see it, but instead I sat back down, "Sorry." that you don't see it.

Sitting here fighting was not what I really wanted to do. Luckily neither did Y/N so she tried again, "So how was your day?"

"My day was-" It was his turn to cut me off.

"I'm back. And are you ready?" he gave me smirk letting me know his purpose. I really wish Y/N would let me hit him just once.

"Yes." she said quickly to drag him away. We both ordered but I had a bad feeling my order would not be right.

"Like I was saying before I was rudely interrupted-"

Now she interrupted me, "Louis.'' she warned.

"Fine, my day was fine." I said leaning back and looking away. Why was I mad at her? This was not her fault.

"Here is your stuff." Zach said giving us our plates, "I'll be back soon to check on you." he winked at Y/N again.

I ignored it and went to my food, "Is your food right?" I looked at her plate and there was a piece of paper.

"Yes." I snatched up the paper.

When I opened it said Zach-234-572-6877(A/N- random number), "Really you ordered his phone number?" I asked raising my eyebrow.

"No. Louis throw away the number. I promise I did not want it." she said turning red.

"I know you didn't. Can I kill him now?" I asked. I knew she would say no. So I called the waiter over, "My order is wrong and my girlfriend did not order this." I said handing him his number back.

His face got red, "No problem sir. I'll have your order fixed." he took my plate and walk away.

He forgot to take his number. I looked to see how many were here, only one other couple. So I turned around, "You forgot something." then I threw his number back at him. When I turned Y/N was mad, "What?'' she rolled her eyes, "Maybe I'm a little immature but you have to admit you love me."

"More then alittle." she said laughing.

"About my immaturity or how much you love me?" I asked 

"Both." she said still laughing.
