Silly
After the unexpected talk at the convenience store that night, we didn't see each other again. I mean, unlike before that we could see each other at some places around the city.
Busy pareho sa training these past few days lalo na't maglalaro na kami bukas. Upon reading the schedule, our team will be competing in the UST team while theirs will be facing the DLSU team.
"Get your uniforms now. After claiming, you can go home to rest so you'll have energy for your game tomorrow. Ingat, team!" our coach said when we had our last meeting a day before the competition.
As usual, we got our maroon uniforms. Two sets 'yon. 'Yung isa, dominante ang kulay maroon na may kaunting puti sa gilid. Nakalagay sa gitna ang Fighting Maroons with our jersey number sa ibaba.
I chose number sixteen symbolizing the date wherein I joined the team. Swerte rin talaga ako sa date na 'yan. That's also the date where we passed the UPCAT, when I was promoted as the new team captain and lastly, the date when I met all of my friends back then.
Well, I started believing such things because Lola told me to. Totoo rin kasi daw 'yon. I will lose nothing if I believe in it.
"Ayos din, eh. Alam na alam talaga kung paano ako kunin!" hiyaw ni Tres nang makuha ang uniform niya. "Pwede na isuot agad ngayong gabi bago matulog," he hugged the uniforms like it was a baby or something.
Nakasunod ako sa kanilang dalawa habang nakapamulsa sa suot kong hoodie. "Pahawak nga ako, Tres!" I teased. Madamot kasi 'yan kapag damit ang usapan.
Ako rin naman, pero mas madamot siya.
"Naku, 'wag mo nang subukan. Magiging girlfriend niya pa 'yang jersey niya. Tingnan mo kwarto niyan, museum ng mga jersey niya mula highschool!" si Frat sa harapan ko habang pumipirma sa mga sheets.
"Vintage na ang iba, 'no? Akala ko ba nagbibigay ka sa mga ex mo?" tanong ko, pinipigilan ang ngiti dahil baka mapikon pa.
"Talaga? Buti pa kayo, alam niyo 'yan... ako, hindi!" he rolled his eyes, made a face and walked away.
Nagtawanan pa kami ni Frat bago ako lumapit sa facilitator para kunin ang akin. Maganda ang tela, hindi tinipid. Hindi masyadong mahaba ang jersey short which I thanked God para mas madaling tumalon at walang sagabal.
Umalis na rin kami agad roon at kaniya-kaniyang uwi dahil parehong may mga dalang sasakyan. Gabi na rin kaya dumiretso na ako sa condo para makatulog ng maaga.

It was a 'good luck' pubmat layout for the team's semifinal game tomorrow. Maayos ang pagkakalagay at layout ng picture namin sa gitna at maganda rin ang gradient.
As a former layout artist back then, it was an excellent one. I immediately replied to Gael's message.

I didn't instruct them to create one since the official page is planning to post something for the team. They initiated to do it since they knew that I am busy to even give them tasks.
The next thing I knew is that, I dozed off to sleep and woke up around six in the morning. Buti na lang at nakashower na ako bago makatulog.
I went to UP Oval to have a jog first before going to the gym. Marami nang tao dahil bukod sa may ibang tumatakbo, may mga nagbi-bisekleta rin.
