I just sat there eating my steak.

Me: So mom.

Mom: Yes?

Me: So I have a question and I'll love you forever if you say yes.

Mom: You'll always love me forever , I'm your mom.

I laughed.

Me: Okay , that's true.

Mom: But depending on the question , I will say yes.

Keisha: Kevin I swear to god , imma knock your ass out.

Me: Hey! Shut the hell up please!

It was silent.

Me: Thank you. As I was saying mom. So you know Zoe , Niyah and London , right.

Mom: Yes. Zoe's your girlfriend and Niyah and London is working on something.

Me: Well actually , Niyah and London got together.

Mom: Awh. That's good for them.

Me: I know right.

We laughed and I put some Mac N Cheese in my mouth.

Keisha: Wait , you have a girlfriend?

Me: Yeah. Why?

Keisha: Because well , I like you and wanted to know if you wanted to hang out during spring break.

Me: Sorry my girlfriend won't like that and I may not be here during spring break.

Mom: Well where ya going?

Me: That's what I wanted to ask.

Mom: Ask what?

Me: So Zoe's from Franklin , Tennessee and she said if it's okay with our parents , she could take us down there for spring break.

Mom: I don't know.

Me: Please mom. We made a bet.

Mom: What was the bet.

Me: If me and Niyah can go down there and live the country life for 3 weeks with out complaining , London and Zoe gotta give us a lap dance.

Mom: And if they win.

Me: Then we gotta do their homework for a week and wear the same shoes for two weeks straight.

Mom started laughing really hard.

Mom: She do know you can barely keep the same shoes on for 5 minutes , right?

Me: That's what I was saying.

Mom: But I'm gonna let you go. I know Zoe won't let anything happen to you , plus I wanna see you wear the same shoes for two weeks straight.

She laughed again.

Mom: Oh my lord. But be careful , Zoe's a amazing girl , but she's a country girl at heart.

I smiled.

Me: Thanks mommy.

Mom: No problem.

I turned to Keisha.

Me: And that's the reason why we won't be able to hang out.

Keisha: Oh okay. But what does Zoe look like?

I pulled out my phone and went to kik. I pulled up her kik picture.

Me: That's her.

The rest of her family wanted to see so they passed my phone around and I got it back.

Kevin: She's pretty.

Me: I know.

Mr. Dawn: Are you bisexual or lesbian.

Me: Lesbian.

Mrs. Dawn: And your a dyke?

Me: No. I'm a stud.

Mrs. Dawn: Oh. Sorry if I offended you.

Me: It's okay I guess.

I drank the last of my kool aid. I grabbed my phone and saw Zoe had texted me a picture. I opened it and saw her in the dress and heels. She looked beautiful. I showed the picture to mom.

Me: Doesn't she look gorgeous.

Mom: Very. Are you taking her out or something?

Me: Nope. She's going to a father and daughter dance with her daddy.

Mom: Oh.

Me: Yeah.

I replied back to her. I had her saved under Zoe 👭😘💕.

YHT🙌🏾: Awwh . You look beautiful bae. 😍

Zoe👭😘💕: Thanks baby 😁 , is that thing over yet ? I'm bored .

YHT🙌🏾: Aren't you with your dad ?

Zoe👭😘💕: Nah . I found out he's a surgeon and he had to go into work early , something severe , so he dropped me off back at home.

YHT🙌🏾: Oh & nah not yet , but guess what .

Zoe👭😘💕: What ?

YHT🙌🏾: My moms said I could go 😁🙌🏾 .

Zoe👭😘💕: Aye ! That's wassup . But my mom is gonna fly down tomorrow and get everything set up in our house down there. She said it's a 4 bedroom and 3 bath and it's not in the city part , so that's hella good.

YHT🙌🏾: Yea it is . What type of cars yall got down there ?

Zoe😘👭💕: ATV's , SUV's , Pickup's , etc.

YHT🙌🏾: So no Ferrari , Lexus or anything?

Zoe😘👭💕: Yea , there some down there.

YHT🙌🏾: Ohhh lol. But I'll brb bout 45 minutes , Kay ?

Zoe😘👭💕: Mkaee

I slipped my phone away and listened to what everybody was saying.
