Chapter 21

"By the way, Faith said she has something to say over lunch. 'Wag daw tayong mawawala, she said she's excited to tell us this news." Sid stated.

Napangiti naman ako. "Alrighty!" Ano naman kaya ang good news ni Faith. I'm guessing it has something to do with their new band.

The day started with a smile on my face. Hindi ko alam kung saan galing iyon, pero parang trip ko lang maging masaya. There wasn't anything out of the ordinary, but still, it feels like my lips just wanted to curve into a smile naturally.

"Oh, you have an X account?"

Biglang bumaling sa akin si Archein na kanina'y nakatingin lamang sa phone niya at nag-i-scroll sa kaniyang X o dating Twitter account.

He smiled as soon as he saw me. Nasa likuran niya pa ako at kadarating ko lang sa loob ng library. Siya naman ay nakaupo na sa harap ng isang table. It looks like he hasn't started studying yet, nag-cellphone muna siya.

Umikot ako patungo sa upuang nasa harapan niya. I sat there and raised my brows at him, urging him to speak.

"Good morning." he sweetly smiled. "Ah, yeah. I've been using Twitter for a while now." simpleng sagot niya.

It was our health break or recess time. I told him to meet me in the library so he can help me learn the Eco-Modelo question and answers while we still have time.

"What for?" I investigated. "Ako kasi I use my Twitter account for Stan-Twit. Do you know that?"

He nodded. "Yup. I know Stan-Twitter. But I use my account for personal or social use."

Tumango-tango naman ako. "What's your username, follow kita." I giddily asked.

He chuckled a bit. "Do you have a personal account?"

I pouted. "Wala. But I can follow you with my stan account."

I smiled but then I remembered all the things I posted in my Twitter account. As I said, stan account 'yon, at ayokong makita niya ang mga pinagpo-post ko do'n 'no! Kaya...

"On second thought..." I chuckled. "'Wag na lang pala! I'll make a personal account later, para ma-follow kita." I said.

Nailing na lamang siya habang natatawa.

Kinuha ko ang bag ko at binuksan iyon. I took the cute bento box out, the same bento box I used when I gave him cookies last time. Inilapag ko iyon sa lamesa at tumingin sa kaniya.

"Oh, is that cookies?" pang-uusisa niya.

I smiled. "Yup!" I answered.

Binuksan ko ang bento box at tumambad sa aming paningin ang laman nito. Chocolate chip cookies and strawberries on the side. I know it's the same as before, but what do you know? He might actually like it.

"Just to be clear..." he faced me. A smile was plastered on his face but his brows were furrowed. "You baked this for me, right?" he asked.

I just rolled my eyes as I heard his questions. "Oo naman!" sagot ko na lang. I was trying to stifle a smile inside.

Kumuha siya ng isang piraso ng cookies at agad iyong tinikman. Nakangiti siya at tumango-tango na para bang sinusuri niya pa ang lasa ng pagkain.

"As expected, it's so good!"

Umiling na lang ako habang nangingiti at hinayaan na siyang kumain. Nilabas ko mula sa bag ko 'yong printed copy ko ng question and answers.

"Ilan na ang na-memorize mo?" he asked, his mouth still stuffed with food.

"'Wag ka ngang magsalita habang kumakain." suway ko. Ngumiti lang siya at tumango. "Seven na." sagot ko sa tanong niya.

Thanks to my memorization skills and my long term memory, it was easy for me to memorize all of this. Noong Biyernes ay tatlo pa lang ang memorized ko na, pero kagabi, muli ko itong binasa for about ten minutes and memorized four more.
