These shadows are everywhere
The ones standing out in the light
The ones hiding behind other darker shadows
I can't escape them
I can't run from my own shadow anymore
I can't hide in your shadow anymore
I can't be that one forgotten shadow
I need to come out of the darkness
But I've been here so long,
That I can't remember where the light was
