The next day at lunch I was at my usual spot under the tree. We have been at the same location for a bit and it was nice out today. It wasn't long before both showed up and joined me. Finally deciding now was the time. I grabbed my notebook and showed it to them after writing my question.

I know we don't really know each other but I really want to be friends with you both and was wondering if you wanted to come over this week end? It's totally fine if you don't want to!! I don't want to force you guys into anything!

They both froze when they saw what I had written. Scared that they would hate me I refused to look at either of them and looked off to the side. What I didn't expect was to make eye contact with another person. They were obviously a student as well, seeing as they also had the uniform, however I don't remember seeing them before. They also had the purple marking on their shoulders.

Before I could try to figure them out more, someone taped my knee. Looking over I saw both looking at me. The girl then motions to the book that had now moved to be in the middle of us all.

I would love to come over however we have no way of getting around the lost cities, we were banished.

Seeing what they had written I couldn't help but think that it was the girl who wrote that seeing as the boy was trying to shrink into a ball. I then grabbed the pen and started writing.

It's ok! I asked my guardians already and they said that I could bring you over! And I have a crystal hey gave me to be able to leap there. You can have it if you would like!

After a second of them reading what I wrote back they both turned to me quicker then you could say flash and immediately started shaking their heads. She then grabbed the pen from my outstretched hand and wrote their reply.

We couldn't possible take your crystal! How are you to get home without it!!

Seeing that I couldn't help but giggle. I then froze because I usually can't make any sounds but you could hear me when I giggled. I then grabbed the pen again.

No silly! I have my own pathfinder and don't need the crystal. That's why I'm offering it to you both! :)

They both just looked at me after reading that and just froze. I found this really funny and couldn't stop giggling. The boy finally grabbed the pen and started writing.

YOU'RE TELLING ME THAT YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PATHFINDER!! HOW!! Not even we can have one! You're not supposed to get one of those till you finish school and even then you have to be nobility!

Seeing that I just looked at both of them and nodded I then grabbed it out of my pocket and showed them. And tilted my head when they froze staring at it.

You need to put that away! Before someone tries to steal it!

I put it away once I saw what he responded with. I then grabbed the pen from him before he could write again.

So do you want the crystal or not? And are you ok with coming over this weekend?

I then looked back at them and handed them the pen. The girl grabbed it from my hand softly then looked at the boy. It was like they were talking through their eyes like Sophie and I do all the time. It really freaks people out. They then nod to each other and she starts writing.

We would love to come over, are you sure it's ok though? By the way I feel like it's way past time to tell you our names. My name it Linh Song and this is my twin Tam Song.

I smiled as soon as I saw the word twin. I looked at the two with so much joy in my eyes that they were very confused. Especially Tam. Grabbing the pen I then write back excitedly.

You're twins!! Bro same! I have a twin sister named Sophie! She goes to Foxfire though so I don't really get to see her unless we are getting ready for bed. And I'm Akari Foster by the way! And of course it's alright! They actually are encouraging me to invite my friends over!

As soon as they finished reading that they looked back at me with the same shock I had when I learned they were twins. They both nodded eagerly.

Great! You can come over whenever you guys want this weekend then! Whenever you're ready just hop on over! Also is it just me or is this lunch really long today??

They both nodded again and I handed them the crystal I had in my pocket. And we continued to write for a bit.

Unknown to us though is that all three of the teachers had been watching the entire interaction and were purposely not calling us back to our tents to let us finish our conversation.

So this is the girl that he's been talking about non stop for the past week. Can't say I blame him though. Definitely one to keep an eye on.
