Bio:
Luxian or sometimes known as Luxio by his sister, is an angel executioner that falls under Lady Glacia.
In the complicated hierarchy of celestial/heaven, he does fall under Adam in a sense but is more so focused in the Teyvat world than earth. Unlike Adam, Luxian is a bit more professional and not quick to anger. However, he is not so forgiving and views demons as lowly gravel.
As to his reason being in Liyue, does revolve around Freya and Ava. He is there under another mission for Lady Glacia
