Sunlight filtered through the windows, casting a warm glow over the lounge where Nanami and Gojo sat in a serene tableau. Nanami, engrossed in the day's newspaper, projected a sense of calm repose. In stark contrast, Gojo slouched in his chair, a picture of ennui, with his head thrown back.
"Nanamiiiiii, tell me a funny story!" Gojo's voice rang out, playfully demanding entertainment.
Nanami sighed, his gaze drifting towards the window, an aura of long-suffering patience around him.
Undeterred, Gojo's hands flew up, an animated idea igniting within him. "I got an idea!" He exclaimed, his voice tinged with excitement. "Let's record us playing catch with old rice balls while talking about the separation of church and state. It'll totally go viral!"
Another sigh escaped Nanami, this time laced with a hint of disappointment. "Do it yourself," he responded, his voice flat, eyes still on his paper.
Gojo, undisturbed by Nanami's lack of enthusiasm, continued his soliloquy. "Let's play another game, list everything you like about Satoru Gojo!" he declared, beginning a round of self-congratulatory applause. "I'll start—everything!"
A soft ksh sound came from Nanami, a nonverbal rebuke to Gojo's antics. "On a related note..." he started, then transitioned smoothly, "some lighthearted joking could do some good for Itadori-kun right now," alluding to their recent ordeal.
Gojo let out a drawn-out sigh, a playful complaint in his tone. "By the way, that wasn't what I had in mind when I said 'tough.'" He scratched his head in a show of frustration and continued. "Did you tell Yuji about the finger at Yosh—"
