Zee's POV.

I look at Nhu who was still fast asleep. The day has finally come for Nhu to take off his bandage around his eyes that he had on for a week. Soon my phone rang making me frown as I fish my phone out from my pocket seeing an unknown number. I look at it before looking at Nhu. I got up , feeling uneasy as I slowly walked out of the room.

I slowly answered the phone , placing it next to my ear.

"Hello ?" I said.

"Well .. well .. well ... finally .. we are talking huh Zee .." I froze at the familiar voice , clutching my phone.

"Kai.." I said.

"I am surprised that even after years you spendin that lonely cell , you still remember my voice .." he said as I clench my jaw.

"What do you want ?" I asked sternly.

"How did you like my surprise hit on your head ? I enjoyed it a lot .." he chuckled.

"I asked , what do you want , Kai ?" I asked.

"Oh Zee .. don't be too hard on your old best friend .." he cooed making me chuckle in disbelief.

"We are no longer friends Kai. Whatever happened is in the past. I don't want to associate with a person like you anymore." I said.

"You think you could escape so easily ? We promise each other not to leave each other's back. And guess what Zee , you left. You betrayed me." He said making me frown.

"Betrayed you ? I told you I quit." I fought back.

"Save it Zee. I am coming for you. But first , I'll come for your blind boyfriend first. So better watch your back .. and your pretty boy .." he chuckled as I clutcg my phone.

"If you ever touch my boyfriend , you're deadmeat Kai." I said as my anger rise up.

"We'll see who's the last one standing then , Zee Pruk." He said and before I could say anything else , he hung up making me grit my teeth. I look at my phone , breathing out in anger.

"Fuck." I cursed , running my fingers through my hair in frustration. I breathe in and out slowly , trying to calm myself down. I then entered the room seeing Nhu seated.

"Zee .. is that you ?" He asked as I approached him. I cleared my throat , placing my hand on his.

"I am here .." I said softly as he then placed his hand against my cheek. He look up to me , smiling softly.

I squeeze Nhu's hand tightly as the door opened revealing Nat , Max and Khun Mi. I nod my head softly as I turned to Nhu who had his head on my shoulder.

"Nervous?" I asked.

"A little .." he said.

"What if I still can't see ?" He asked as I squeezed his hand.

"I'll still love you no matter what .." I said trying to make him feel better.

"I am gonna be here .. I promise .." I said as he nod slowly. I kissed his forehead softly , leaning my head on his as we waited for the doctor.

Third person's POV.

The two waited for the doctor to come in and soon the door opened. Zee lifted his head up seeing the doctor.

"Khun Nhu , it's time .." said the doctor as Nunew lifted his head up from Zee's shoulder.

Zee then got off the bed as Nhu sat on the edge of the bed making it easier for the doctor to remove the bandage. Zee stood by the bed with his arms folded feeling nothing but worried and nervous.

"Okay , I am going to slowly remove it na." Said the doctor as Nunew nod. The doctor slowly unwrapped the bandage from the back. Zee watch Nunew closely. After a while , the doctor removed the cotton pad that was taped on both Nunew's eyes.

Nunew's POV.

I could feel both of the cotton pads on my eyes being removed.

"Okay .. what I want you to do now is .. slowly open your eyes na .." said the doctor as I nod. I breathe in and out before opening my eyes slowly.

"Nhu ..." I hear Zee's voice as I opened my eyes fully , seeing everything all blurry and soon I saw a figure in front of me.

"I am here baby .." said Zee as soon the blurriness slowly disappeared and everything started becoming more clearer. I could soon see a handsome man in front of me , he had thick eyebrows and brown chocolate eyes. He had long eyelashes. He had a few face piercings , one on his eyebrow and one on his lips. I slowly reach my hand out , placing it on his cheek.

"Zee .." I said softly as tears rolled down my cheeks making him frown.

"Nhu .. do .. you see me ?" He asked as I slowly nod.

"I .. can see you .." I exclaimed softly as Zee then cupped my cheeks , chuckling in disbelief.

"You can see me ?" He asked as I nodded excitedly.

"I can finally see you .." I breathed out as Zee smile widely. Zee quickly pulled me to his embrace , hugging me tightly as I hugged him back , chuckling in between my tears.

"Oh my god .." he breathed out as I giggled softly , closing my eyes , letting my tears go. I then turned my head seeing Nat who was already crying as Max held him tightly in his arms.

"Nat .." I said softly as Zee slowly pulled away.

"Jelly .." he said as he then rushed towards me , hugging me tightly. I giggled softly as I hugged him tightly. I then looked at Max as Max smile widely , nodding. Nat slowly pulled away , caressing my cheek as he wiped my tears away. I soon saw Mae. She had tears rolling down her cheeks as tears rolled down mine.

"Mae .. you're still beautiful as before .." I said , seeing her clearly after years. Mae chuckled before walking over to me , caressing my cheek.

"Oh my baby .." she breathed out before pulling me to her embrace.

"I missed you .." She sobbed as I nod.

"I missed you too , Mae .." I muffled on her shoulder as she caress the back of my hair lovingly , tightening her grip around me. I sigh in relief and soon looked at Zee who was watching us fondly. I smile making him smile.

I look at my hand , seeing how clear I could see. I just couldn't get used to it. Soon the door opened revealing Zee with a few plastic bag in his hands. He chuckled softly , placing the bags on the table as he walked over to me. I smile shyly , looking down to my fingers earning a chuckle from him.

"What's wrong ? Now that you can see , you can't seem to look at me .." he teased.

"I am still a little awkward .. since it's my first time seeing you .. after months of knowing each other and all .." I said , avoiding eye contact.

"So .. do I look handsome or ugly ?" He asked making me chuckle as he smiled gently.

"Come on .. I want my faen to look at me .." he said as I then slowly turned my head to him. He then caressed my cheek before leaning closer to me. He then kissed both of my eyes before pulling back. I smile softly as he held my chin. His eyes went down to my lips before leaning closer to me. I blinked a couple of times as he placed his lips onto mine. I smile , not closing my eyes as I replied to his kiss. He pulled away gently as I look at him.

"Do I still look the same as how you imagined me to be ?" He asked making me giggles softly.

"Definitely .." I said softly making him smile.
