Kookie's POV:

I woke up early the next morning, my mind still consumed with thoughts of Tae and the mysterious Alex. I couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to this situation than met the eye. With a mix of anticipation and trepidation, I made my way to Alex's address, unsure of what I would find.

As far as I know, I took the same path as yesterday that led me to Alex's house, but now suddenly the path seems to have disappeared

As far as I know, I took the same path as yesterday that led me to Alex's house, but now suddenly the path seems to have disappeared. The concrete road, once surrounded by beautiful trees, is now blocked off.

But now, in my confusion, it doesn't seem to exist; the mountains and trees appear to have destroyed, blocked, or altered this path.

As I stood there dazed and confused, I couldn't help but feel anxiety creeping up inside me. How can a familiar path that I walked just a day ago suddenly disappear? It was as if the world had conspired against me and erased all traces of the journey I had made.

I tried to retrace my steps, hoping my memory would guide me back to safety. But with every step I took, the environment became more alien and distorted. The mountains that once stood in the distance now seemed to change, their peaks drawing closer and casting long shadows that engulfed the path.

The trees, once my allies, now seemed to whisper secrets and warnings, their branches swaying ominously in the wind. As if they taunted me that I was foolish to return to this place. There was a heavy, eerie silence in the air, broken only by the distant hoot of an owl or the rustle of leaves under my feet.
