As far as cannon goes the movies (save for movie three) have minimal adjustments to the plot despite you being added in.
ROB & DOB will have some changes and so will RTTE but will mostly follow the plot of each respective series
Actual arcs won't be changed it will be the plots of episodes that will be changed lmao
I might add chapters that don't represent episodes idk tho
If i do it's probably relationship development
Gift of the Night fury is cannon in my opinion there will be plot changes to that as well.
