"No" remus said sternly as James held up a costume

"Yes" James said pulling out something else

"Absolutely not, no" remus said again backing up as James pulled out a cowboy hat and held it out for remus.

"Come one moony don't be a party pooper" he said with a grin

"Your wearing it" sirius chripped up and took the hat from James hands and reaching for remus head

"No im not" remus said again grabbing sirius wrist to stop them reaching up to his head and sirius pouted

"Don't make me glue it onto your head moons" he said again and continued reaching for his head

"No" remus said cracking a smile as sirius struggled to place the hat ontop of his head because remus kept dodging it

"Stay still" sirius groaned still struggling

"Catch me if you can" remus laughed and turned his back to run away and sirius took that as a challenge and jumped onto his back as remus started to walk forward

The momentum of sirius jumping to remus back surprised remus giving him little time to find his balance causing the tow boys to fall to the ground and remus laughed as sirius fell off his back to the ground , and remus tried makeing a run for it

"Oh no you don't" sirius said stopping remus leaveing bye climbing onto his back and wrestling him back down

"God damn it" remus sighed as sirius successfully placed the hat ontop of his head after wrapping his legs around remus's torso from behide ,sirius was struggling to keep remus hands down to keep him from fighting back, but successfully managed to stick the hat to remus's head

"Don't make me charm it to stay stuck there" sirius giggled letting remus arms go, but still staying clung to him

"God your Bloody pain sometimes pads" remus huffed out still trying to catch his breath and sirius just giggled

"If you didn't have me then who would make sure you looked good for partys" sirius said finally letting his legs lossen and the boys climbed apart from each other causeing a distance between the tow boys.

"Yea, tristion diggs cowboys" a vocie echoed from the door way and the owner on the vocie smiled with a wink

"I'm not wearing it" remus said bluntly at Marlene who was the owner to the vocie and her smile dropped

"Oh yes you are, I won fare and square, i will make it permanent" sirius said reaching for his wand "plus tristion diggs cowboys" sirius says mocking Marlene's vocie

"Merlin, fine" remus said with a huff of deafet and sirius grinned at him

"What's up marls" James said pushing his glasses up and Marlene stepped into the dorm

"I wanted to give sirius his present before I get plastered and forget" she smiled and sirius grinned at her

"Oh my did Marlene mickinonn, get me something"

"Yes she did, and she wishes sirius black a happy brithday" she mocked his vocie with her awnser and held out a box that was neatly and nicely wrapped wirh paper brown wrapping paper

"Hope you like it, you knob" she smiled as sirius took the box and opened it to find a pair of black doc Martin's with red lace threaded throw them and on the ankle on the outer sides there were stars sketched onto the leather.
