This is like my first fanfic so I apologize if it's not good.
Anyway, this fanfic will follow the three movies starting with Diary of a Wimpy Kid, then Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules and ending with Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days. And of course I'll add in some of my own parts that weren't included in the movie since it's mainly focused on Greg and because Y/N doesn't exist in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid universe. I'll try to make it as movie accurate as I can whilst adding some OCs since Rodrick, Ben and Heather Hills are like the only characters we know of from their age group.
Also, since in the first movie there's a few scenes set around Halloween, I'm going to make Rodrick and Y/N have matching costumes.
And I'm going to make Heather's sweet sixteen happen earlier instead of in Dog Days because I want Y/N and Rodrick together before then.
And I want them to have iPhones like we do and not what they had in 2010-2012 so that's just a reminder.
