I started screaming and woke up with shaking hands and a wet back.

Its not the first time that this had happend this night.

I was having nightmares the hole night and Marcus had to wake up each time to comfort me because i couldn't stop having panic attacks.

Marcus finally calmed me down and layed back down.

I tried to do the same but i couldn't.

I got out of the bed and went down stairs. I looked out the big windows and saw that it was still dark outside.

I made my self a hot chocolate and sat outside on the balcony with a blanket.

I took my phone out and saw that i had multiple notifications.

I ignored them and decided to turn off my phone.

What am i doing still here. I just want to go home and lay down on my bed.

I miss my friends, my family and my old life before all that happened.

I took my phone again and booked a fly for tomorrow morning because i knew that i had to do some things before i leave England.

After that i finally decided to look at the text i got from every one.
