I sighed, promising him, and said, "Kiddo, I have never treated you like a responsibility. You're my first baby, and I love you the most." He hugged me fully, and Vaish cleared her throat, saying, "Okay, enough of your emotional scene. How about we pack your bag?" We all nodded, bickering, chatting, and laughing while packing my bag.

I really hope I find someone there. I don't know why my heart is saying that there is someone out there who was meant for me.

After I went to the airport, both Vaish and Rishi saw me off. In the plane, I got a window seat, and to my luck, a kind and sweet woman in her forties named Rosie sat beside me. She recently got cheated by her husband and decided to start anew in Paris with hope. I comforted her, reflecting on the different kinds of people in this world and how some will do anything for money. I prayed for a man who could love me till eternity.

I drifted off to sleep and, after checking into the hotel, went near my room. I saw a man entering the room opposite mine, but his back was facing me, and he disappeared in a second.

Strangely, he felt familiar, but I shrugged off the thought and went into my room. I thoroughly checked the room for any danger, a habit I developed since childhood. Once I felt everything was fine, I immediately drifted to sleep, exhausted from the journey.

The next day, I woke up and got ready in a cute white floral skirt, wearing a hat. I did a twirl in front of the mirror, blew a kiss to myself, and finally went out to roam around the streets. I stumbled upon a beautiful jewelry shop, and since jewelry-making is my weakness, I entered.

I love creating jewelry, especially for marriages. Vaish used to tease me, saying I am in love with love. How can I not be? Love is the most magical feeling in the world. Through the rings I make, I get to witness how that love transforms into a union between two people. That's my favorite part. The rings I make get to stay on their fingers until they either get separated or until death occurs.

I entered the shop and saw an old woman. She simled and asked, "Qu'est-ce que je peux vous servir?" I didn't know French well, but I knew a few words. I replied, "Je ne connais que l'anglais, désolé." She smiled, saying she spoke a bit of English.

I nodded and asked if I could know how she makes these rings. She smiled, looked at me, and asked if I also do this. I nodded, and she took me inside the room. We spent quality time discussing the thing we both love. I said, "Merci beaucoup," and she smiled, saying, "Have a nice day. You're lovely." I nodded, smiling, and went out to find a nice restaurant.

After my lunch, I went to my room to take a rest. In the evening, I got ready, took my camera, and dashed out to see the Eiffel Tower. If I stay here for two weeks, I'll make it a point to see this tower every day. I love the city of Paris, but this place holds a special significance for me.

After enjoying the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, I took out my camera to capture the night lights. As I was engrossed in taking pictures, I felt someone staring at me. When I turned, I saw a man with deep blue eyes, and staring into them felt like staring into an endless abyss. My heart raced, and an inexplicable connection made me feel like he was the missing piece of my life.

Tears welled up in my eyes, rolling down without my notice. I didn't bother wiping them as I was captivated by the stranger standing before me. In that moment, it felt like we were the only two people in the world. He was tall, with the looks of a Greek god, and his style hinted at an Indian origin. As he approached with light steps, he whispered, "Vie."

I didn't understand the word, but it felt right, as if he was calling me by a name that belonged to me. My heart yearned to be near him, and I felt a strong connection. As he cupped my cheek and wiped away my tears, a tingling sensation surged through me. He looked at me with a small smile, studying my face.

He leaned in, I didn't move. I wanted to, but I couldn't resist as he placed his lips on mine. It was an electrifying experience, unlike anything I had felt before. His rough lips moved against mine, and a strange warmth surged through my body.

I found myself enjoying the sensation, but reality hit me like a ton of bricks. A stranger was kissing me, and I was strangely captivated by it. Did I just lose my first kiss to someone I didn't even know?

Despite being a trained karate black belt holder, I felt powerless in front of him. I pushed him away and ran back to the hotel. He chased after me, shouting for me to stop, and tears continued to roll down my face. Grateful for Vaish booking a hotel near the tower, I closed the door behind me, blocking out the chaos outside.

I heard him banging on my door, pleading for forgiveness. 'Vie, please, I am sorry I ruined this.'"

I sat near the door, overwhelmed by a surge of emotions. What was happening to me? I had never felt such a strong pull towards anyone. As he continued to apologize and assure me he would leave if I stopped crying, I calmed down. His presence and words had an inexplicable calming effect on me.

I thought for some time, and my heart said he is the one. I came to a decision that I came to Paris to find love, and when I did, why am I denying it?

I opened the door. He stood there, and I could see the pain in his eyes. As he stepped closer, I placed my hand between us, signaling that, for now, we would only talk. I went inside, leaving the door open, and went to the balcony to gather my thoughts, still processing the unexpected turn of events.
