If someone would ask me kung sino ang pinaka-gastosera na taong nakilala ko, I would answer Ate Ysha. I think the amount she just spent today is nearly a million and all of it were just furniture.

I had just finished working out and when I went down the first floor, napakarami ng tao at mga gamit.

"Are you planning to change everything in this house?" I asked, half sarcastic and half curious.

"It's my gift for Ate Yssah's wedding but it got cancelled. It would be a hassle kung ibabalik ko lahat."

"Don't worry. Frank's may be a flirt but he maintains professional demeanor in business. He know better than anyone else that he just can't ties with Fajardo's. Our company need him as much as he needs us,"  she assured, as if she had just read my thoughts.

"Where's Ate Yssah?"

"Tch. Now you're looking for my presence after ignoring and treating me like a ghost," I heard her voice from behind.

"I'm sorry," I sincerely apologized.

She gently patted my head and offered a warm smile.

"It's alright. When Dad found out that Frank is a  womanizer, he was the one who called it off. While Dad may be pushing us to marry someone befitting our social status, he is still a father who wants the best decent man for us, someone who values and respects us," she explained.

"... if it weren't for you, I might be walking on the aisle right now."

I chuckled.

"I apologized not because I beaten up Frank. I am sorry for raising my voice at you," I clarified.

"I know."

I should've approached her earlier but my pride held me back. Thankfully, we have entirely different personality so no one added a gas on the fire. She patiently waited for me and showed understanding.

"Just place it on the side kuya. Be careful," Ate Ysha instructed to the delivery guy, engrossed with her own thing.

"You gave Ate Yssah a gift. Can you give me an allowance too? 20k will do," I asked nicely.

She turned her gaze on me.

"Say 'Ate Ysha you look like a goddess, you're so pretty' and I'll give you anything you want."

I rolled my eyes.

"I'd rather be penniless."
