Inaya's POV

He went on his knees and I felt my heart froze. What on earth is going to happen now?

.....will you let me court you Ms. Verma?" He asked softly taking my hand in his. The sparkle in his eyes reflected truth and sincerity. I couldn't take my eyes away from them.

"I don't think you will be able to handle me Mr. Malhotra. I might seem the simplest yet the deadliest puzzle to solve." I said smirking slightly.

"And I love puzzles(and you) Ms. Verma. Let's give this a chance. " ( Abhinash's POV) .

"Alright Mr. Malhotra. Six months. Let's give each other a fair chance to understand each other. If we have feelings for each other,we will know,if not,it's over." I said standing up and pulling him up too.

"Alright. Will you go on a date with me Ms. Verma?" He asked still holding my hand in his. It's going to be a lot more than I thought.

"Do you think I'm easy to convince Mr. Malhotra?" I said brushing past him towards the door as I whispered the words in his ears.

He followed me as we went inside my room. Just then Naira Aryan and Ishika entered, arguing over which movie should they watch...

"Di! Don't you think yaariyan 2 would be a better choice?" Ishika asked as she noticed me.

"It certainly is Ishika. You have the best choice." Abhinash said adding gasoline to the fire as he smirked at his little brother.

"Seee! Even Abhi Bhai agrees." Ishika said glaring at Aryan. Naira who was standing between the two gave a ' I'm helpless ' smile at me.

"You see Di will agree with me. Di don't you think we should watch five night at Freddy's" Aryan said,his eyes sparking with a hope of my support.

"Welll who doesn't like horror movies?" I said turning my face slightly to see Abhinash's expression.

"Me!" Abhinash and Ishika shouted in unison. Seems like we have a fight here.

I looked at Aryan and winked slightly. He understood the assignment and-

"I will think about letting you court me if you agree to watch this movie Mr. Malhotra." I whispered into his ears as I slightly pulled him towards me. I could feel shivers running down his neck but he gave a smirk.

"Challenge accepted Ms. Verma." He said pulling me closer and just then the door opened. We practically jumped 3 feet back and everybody stood like nothing happened.

"Seems like you kids are enjoying your conversations. I expect you all downstairs in 5 minutes for lunch." Ma said as she gave a knowing smile to all of us and went downstairs. You can't hide anything from your mother so never try.

"Looks like we have some trouble here." Naira said in a singing voice as we all chuckled slightly.

"I think we all should go downstairs to avoid anymore of it." Aryan said as we all went downstairs.

The elders were already seated in their seats as we took our respective places. Ishika sat in between Aryan and Naira while Abhinash and me took the only two left seats consecutive to each other.
